The customer service is impeccable. I had an issue with a product and Leslie the store manager resolved the issue immediately.

The prices are pretty up there. However, the items are nice. I won't make a guarantee, but will say that the clothes look amazing on my wife and we found a perfume and lotion for her that smelled exactly like the one we made together on our first valentine's day. It made for a good trip down memory lane.

I have to limit how often I wander in there because otherwise I'll be broke, haha! The gals here are so helpful and friendly. I love that most displays are on antique tables and old pieces. So much character and creative inspiration to be found here.

The parking is a little difficult on busy shopping days but as with most of the stores here the store is large and open. That makes it very easy to navigate and you don't feel crowded by other shoppers. The staff were very friendly, opening the doors for us and greeting us as we walked in.
