Joanie's Murfreesboro

This place is such a cute bistro! More like a bistro/coffee shop/brunch place on steroids. We got the Joanie’s burger, and the cinnamon roll waffle. All so delicious! We’ll be coming back for sure.

A hidden gem everyone should try at least once! I just recently discovered Joanie’s and am hooked. The chick-a-dilla is my absolute favorite and the best quesadilla I’ve ever tried. I can’t even explain how amazing it tastes so I won’t even try but do yourself a favor and try it. Even my picky son loved it. Their sauce is also amazing and we dipped our fries in it. The Cajun fries are also amazing. Everyone loved everything we got and we will be eating here more often than we probably should. It’s a good thing it’s just down the street from my house. I will shamefully count down the hours until lunch time tomorrow so I can enjoy another amazing quesadilla. I picked my order up and the restaurant was very clean and had a laid back but elegant atmosphere. I went into the restroom to wash my hands and it was very clean and pristine. My order was done before it said it would be, another plus. I’m obsessed with Joanie’s now. Give it a try and thank me later!

This was my First time at this Joanie’s location. The Coffee and Food is as delicious as the Downtown location. The Associates were very nice and friendly. They are very talented at creating yummy coffee along with recommending delicious food options.

Very good food, super large portions. Self-service orders from the counter. Coffee and hot beverages are the highlight here. Prices are a bit higher than other coffee shops we've visited. Didn't try the baked goods, but they looked yummy.

I had a great experience at Joanie’s! The Nirvana iced coffee was excellent, and the Monte Cristo was superb. The home fries were decent. The Cin-City French Toast was tasty, though it didn't quite capture the essence of a cinnamon roll. Cute space and very friendly! I’m looking forward to going again and trying their other options!

Expectations vs reality, it’s 10 times better than I expected. Amazing food and very good service. Literally tastes like homemade grandmas food. Amazing experience will def come back to try the rest of the menu.

Ps. Bonus points for how clean and tidy this place is.

The food selection is good and I've never ordered something that wasn't delicious. The chicken tacos are my fav and my husband likes the breakfast selection. They have a yummy variety of coffees and they are always very friendly. The character of the month is fun too. You should definitely check them out. I've been to both locations in Murfreesboro and the atmosphere is good at both locations, although they are different from each other.

To the guy you see in the photo matt thankyou. 💓 food was great ! My first time having a "crepe" I got the chicken bacon ranch and it was amazing also a tenacious toffee. Every time I come through town I will be coming here. Before I leave I'm coming back to try their lunch. Which is served all day as well. Thankyou guys be easy: EDIT I have been dealing with severe ptsd and have been isolating myself but trying to get back out there it was nice meeting Matt he was warm and very genuine. He reminded there are kind people and it will be okay. God bless Matt and this establishment.

Order your items at the counter and take a character table placard to your table. They'll bring your items to you. The menu is unique and offers sweet and savory options for breakfast as well as lunch all day. Breakfast is served all day as well. I noticed several different type of drinks and flavors. I had the monte cristo sandwich which came with home fries and my sister had the BBQ chicken grilled cheese with fries. I would definitely visit here again.

I LOVE crepes, and I've always sung their praises to my husband. So, when i found out that Joanie's served savory crepe options that would suit his preferences, I knew we had to try it. Neither of us was disappointed! He got the Nashville hot chicken crepe and LOVED it, and I got to try my first latte (not my cup of tea). We will be coming here again! :D

Daughter came with 8 friends to celebrate her 18th birthday. They wanted something low-key. They were so nice and welcoming! Food was great! Drinks were great! Service was beyond 5 stars!

#HiddenGem!! This is a great spot for food and coffee, I also love their lemonade's (peach)and Tea's(mango peach sweet tea). I did lunch this time but I think I'll try Brunch next time. If you have a big appetite you'll love the Big Lebowski. I had the Melt with you patty melt it was a little dry it wasn't like the photo but it was still good just not gooey. They have this sauce that is sooo good I dipped my patty melt in it too.The 80's music is a hit brought back a lot of memories!

My family went here while on vacation. There were so many options that sounded good. We got 3 different meals and all tasted each others. The meals were all delicious but our favorite was the savory crepe. I don’t remember the name of it but will attach photos. We all agree that this place was in our top two of all the places we ate throughout the 7 states we traveled through, & we ate at a lot of places. It is self seating, you go to the main counter to order & back to the counter if you need a refill or anything so their staff isn’t servers per say, as in they don’t come to the table often to ask if you need anything - that didn’t bother us at all, I just wanted to state that so anyone reading would know what to expect. I HIGHLY recommend going here if you’re looking for a good breakfast spot in this area!

Avocado toast with a fried egg was amazing! Clean, friendly staff, great food and drinks. Love this place!

Husband and I stopped in on a date night and really enjoyed ourselves! This was our first visit, and I do promise we'll return. We get the impression we can pick anything on the menu and leave happy, but his Joanie burger and my Buffalo chicken salad made into a wrap were just what we both wanted. And the fries! They were crispy and hot until the last one was eaten.
Service was warm and friendly, drinks super tasty, and the food was on point. Atmosphere was comfortable and we enjoyed sitting to chat until ready to leave. We can't wait to come back on a breakfast date!

We love to eat here. It’s a great atmosphere and they have a great variety on their menu. We usually come in and eat but today we got takeout. When we got there someone else had accidentally taken our food but Matt(the GM) handled it gracefully and got us out a new order swiftly. I highly recommend this place for some really tasty food.

This place has great food and very good service. As you can see from my other reviews I usually post pictures when I do a review. But this food is so good I normally don't think to take a picture when I get it and by the time I remember to take pictures it's all gone. So do yourself a favor and get yourself on over there and order yourself something. Pro tip add a fried egg to any of the burgers except the boro beast cause it already has 2 eggs on it. Update 2months later this place is still great.

I stumbled into this place cause I was wanting a club sandwich. I wasn't looking for a chain restaurant and I'm glad I stop at Joanie's. Many selections on the menu from crepes to burgers. Variety of tea and coffees. I'm already making plans to come back. Because I want to try the burgers.

LOVE this coffee shop!!! This is the perfect place to meetup with friends or family or just grab a great cup of coffee! The Bean Jovi is my favorite. 😉 The crepes are excellent too! Matt works so hard to make sure everyone has an excellent experience while they are there! If you are anywhere near Murfreesboro, this is a MUST try restaurant!!!
