Fitzy's Old Fashioned Diner

We ate breakfast here and loved the food and the service. The dinner has a good atmosphere and a decent amount of seating. I liked the fact that the cooking area is right out front with the counter and Old timey rotating stools.

We really enjoyed our breakfast here! Love the old-time, friendly atmosphere with the checker board floor and food cooking right behind the bar. Staff and guests all seemed to be glad to be there. The food was well prepared and tasted great! The random coffee mugs added another cool factor😎. Would definitely visit again!

Stumbled upon this place on our way home from Kentucky, the food was absolutely amazing and the prices were great too. I got the chicken fingers and onion rings which were both hand breaded and wonderful! I hope I'm back in Columbus one day so I can come here again!

Old school home town diner feel, with high quality food! You will notice the sign on the door paraphrasing, "if you are impatient and expect food immediately, this is not the place for you.". The food may take a bit to come out to you, but it does NOT disappoint! I discovered this hole in the wall not too long ago, and have been back several times. My co-workers also sharing the same great feedback. Super friendly staff (including the Cooks) and Delicious desserts. They made everything from scratch, even their own corned beef for Reuben sandwiches, gravy, etc.. They only thing not made from scratch are the French fries. I highly recommend this place.

If you are anywhere near this place for breakfast, detour and go here. It is in a run down strip of stores, but the food is AWESOME. The place shows it age, but that's part of the charm. The grill is right out front, just like they used to be. I had the Jr. Biscuits and sausage gravy. I wanted the full size, but the waitress talked me out of it, and I'm glad she did. More than enough food. The biscuits are excellent, thick ,fluffy but solid enough to fill you up. The gravy is spot on with flavor and it's all on top of fried sliced potatoes. And they serve coffee in full sized mugs!! You've got to try this place.

Stopped in and took on Fitzy's "Kitchen Sink Omelette Challenge", finished it in 8min 56sec and missed the record by 9sec but got my meal for free and cool t-shirt, had fun and met some great people at Fitzy's!!!

I can say I miss this place over covid-19 went by nice tables today amazing I will be back if you like the old southern style breakfast food this is the place to be the young lady that waited on me 1 out of a of 10 I give a 10!!

100% worth pulling off the highway for a meal. Tasty Burger with fresh toppings and near perfect Bacon. The higher quality salt on the fries made them extra special.

If you are passing through on your way to somewhere else you can get your desserts to go for a snack further down the road.

Great little old fashioned diner. The food and service were great. Large food portions. Our first time visiting and will definitely be back.

You will leave stuffed with enough food for another meal, great prices, great waiting staff, relaxed atmosphere, and a huge selection. The omelets are my personal favorite but you MUST try their onion Rings! They rings are probably the best I've ever had. Seem to be breaded and not batter dipped.

Delicious food/breakfast is beyond amazing. Waitresses are super friendly and the meals were brought out quickly. Awesome place to go to!

I have been craving the most delicious homemade sausage gravy and biscuits for over a year (we moved out of the area). I finally got it for carry out today and it did NOT disappoint…Nor did the 3 different baked goods. What a treat. Thank you thank you!

A great local diner. Exactly what you expect from an establishment such as this. The pancakes were excellent as was the sausage and bacon. The breakfast sandwich was fine, unsure if I'd get it again. The eggs were cooked perfectly which is always a good sign! Will definitely come back!

When you come to a packed diner with run down decor you know you’ve found yourself a gem. Food was cooked PERFECTLY. Definitely recommend this place to anybody who is looking for rib-tickling good breakfast bites.

First time customers at Fitzys and we will definitely be regulars. The food is INCREDIBLE, the service was everything you want in a restaurant experience and the environment of the diner is soooo cool! Our server was so friendly and fun. The owner was so kind, he introduced himself and talked about the history of the diner and some of the fun and unique touches he has added. 5 stars hands down, wish I could give more! Thank you to everyone at Fitzys for our wonderful experience!

I ordered the waffle breakfast...so yummy. Kristina was my waitress, and she took care of me!! Great place to fellowship with friends.

Great staff. You can sit at the diner stools and watch them cook or hang out with friendly locals.
Huge great potions. I had French toast, home fries and sausage. And a Big mug of coffee!
Will go back next time we’re in town.
