McDonald's

Very good service in the days of faceless kiosks. Someone was at the counter ready to take an order. Food was good and came out fast. The inside was well air conditioned for the summer and clean. Best McDonald's in town it seems from a management perspective. Worth the drive.

I just want to shout out to the staff at the Bethel road McDonald’s!! You all are amazingly friendly and kind. Keep up the great customer service

This McDonald's is very hi-tech when it comes to ordering, very fast service, the restaurant was very clean and actually as I'm writing this review a employee is cleaning the dinning room. Very polite and nice employee's which is ALWAYS a Plus in my book.

A great clean location, fast service. Parking is a little tough due to being inside the parking lot of a strip mall. But the restaurant itself is fine.

This was the best McDonalds i have ever been to! It was clean, the food was actually fresh and hot! Feel weird actually reviewing a McDonalds but this one was so good!

This particular location is THE BOMB! I was immediately greeted by an employee, my order was taken with 100% accuracy and was the proper temperature. Even the drink, which I did not mind getting myself, came out of the machine ice cold with the proper amount of syrup/carbonated water ratio!

The place was clean and they were constantly cleaning the dining area, as I ate my meal.

I would highly recommend this particular location...

Whoever made the iced caramel macchiato I just got should be training McBaristas all across the country. God bless.

General manager is awesome and most of the employees are cool too, good service lately

This McDonald's always does a nice job having your food hot and ready when you get it. Tonight I went through the drive-thru and they warned me up front that it would be a little bit of a wait in the Drive-Thru as they were short-staffed. I can definitely appreciate them being upfront and letting me know that would be a little bit longer. But it was definitely worth the wait my fries were nice and hot crispy just like I like and they are always very friendly there.

This McDonalds is never a disappointment. I don't mind waiting in line but I know people order a lot of food this time of night. I drive Uber and this is the only McDonald's I will visit in the entire Columbus area. Always friendly staff. Order done right and always hot and fresh. I love this place

McDonald's food is always good. They asked me twice to wait, just to order 2 apple pies. They weren't busy and I had to wait 3 minutes to order.

The manager there was so sweet. Also had great lipstick. But very clean, one of the best McDonald's I've gone to. The only thing I would change is if they could have a play place here

I noticed right away how clean the facility was upon arrival. I have stopped here several times and each time I get just what I expect quickly with a smile. The food is fresh. This has to be one of the best locations in the Central Ohio area by far. I would recommend this place to anyone especially for breakfast.

Though I'm not really a fast food kind of person, who doesn't enjoy an ice cold coke and fries from Mcdees on occasion? When you do, you don't want to wait in line forever to curb your craving. This location will get you in and out quickly with hot food and good service to boot. Surprisingly refreshing experience.

I had a great drive thu experience today
Both gentlemen at the windows were very kind, they smiled and my order was correct even though one was training.
Five stars because even something so seemingly simple just made my day!

4/5/14 2:00 p.m. My order was wrong in the drive-through, even though I tried to tell the guy twice. However, when I was asked to pull ahead into the parking lot and wait for the right order, the manager (Devin???) was the one to bring it out apologized up and down, saying "That's not how it should be," and gave us both pies and offered to buy our lunch, dinner, or breakfast the next time. All that for a wrong sandwich. It's not like we'd even acted angry or anything. What a nice man!

Spicy Chicken Sandwich! Why should my review be any longer?

The spicy chicken sandwich at Wendy's holds a sweet place in my heart. It was the first chicken sandwich I've ever enjoyed, let alone, it was spicy. Back then, chicken sandwiches at the main fast food chains around here were... meh. For the most part, the patties were a mash-up of chickens pressed into hockey pucks.

The first time ordering and tasting this sandwich, I knew it was something special. The patty was an actual piece of chicken! The spicy isn't overwhelming for someone that lacks any sense as to what spicy is anymore, but for the noob, you'll get a little kick!

I've stayed away from my review of the establishment. Everytime I've ordered here, I have not been disappointed. The food is always hot and service is prompt and courteous. The only letdowns I can attest to is sometimes missing my sauce for the nuggets and a random salad topping.

Cant say I have been here when it is really busy, but I know I have not had to wait long to get my order.
