AT&T Store

Alvin went above and beyond to help me in my situation. This awesome guy not only got my phone lines connected into one account and made sure everything was correctly transfer both billing and lines. He spent an hour with AT&T loyalty department just to get my old plan back that would have been canceled. He would not take no for an answer and made it right by the customer. This is the type of service you expect and he was phenomenal. Seriously Alvin is amazing and anyone having his help will understand. All stores can be daunting a frustrating at times but he make me feel like I actually mattered. That’s what others should inspire to achieve. THANK YOU ALVIN and for his corporate boss you should be proud and give that man a raise for his amazing services. Thank you Alvin!!!!

I am so so thankful for Cassandra's help on my phone situation. She was so pleasant and very professional and kind. I was so impressed with her knowledge when it came to her job. She made me feel comfortable and at ease with any questions I had. Cassandra definitely will be my families go to person.

As a new mom I came in with both my kids super nervous, the employees made us feel super comfortable and were very kind to my babies. They were super super patient which made me feel a tons better since I had my babies. As a new mom this means so so much to me and I know it means lots to other moms. They played bluey (kids show) just for my babies and gave them a sticker activity sheet! I have never had any company engage with my kids and make them feel welcomed, as a mother so I am super super please. Best AT&T experienced I have ever had. Muldoon team is the best!

Bobby was excellent to work with. Bobby was very informative and his knowledge on my questions was amazing. He has astonishing people skills that I was everyone had elsewhere. Pleasure to go into the store.

I was well greeted by Casey as soon as I walked in. Assisted to the max with the highest respect in the morning. Upon my return in the afternoon, a second agent was assisting me with patience because I had to charge my trade-in phone for a bit. All around, the rest of the staff were wonderful. One of them ended up playing with my son and his toy truck to keep him busy, while the second agent assisted me with completing the rest of my upgrade. Thank you, everyone! I'm one happy customer!

my husband and i love the customer service from this specific AT&T store!! especially Judy, Doula, and Ryan. they have worked with me and my husband and absolutely LOVE seeing our 2 daughters. i felt safe leaving my 11month old and 5yr old girls with Ryan while my husband and i handled our phones bc everyone just so nice and amazing. Omg I really appreciate Jamil and Amadou I call the store first and and them for help they told me to come in the close at 8 pm the will look at my phone and help me so I came right away it and it was 7:17 when I call I made it at less then 5 minutes they help me less than 5 minutes and I really couldn't believe that I was so happy they fixed my problem because I call the 611 and they couldn't Figure out but Jamil and Amadou at the store did in less than 5 minutes think y'all so much y'all really made me happy for all what y'all did for me.😀😁

Had my phone crash . Received a new one from asurion and had problems activating my phone went in to att store and within 20 minutes i was walking out very impressed with customer service and the rep Duoa was very curteous and knowledgable to resolve my phone issues. Thank you Duoa and Att

I had a cracked screen protector and I have a lifetime warranty on it. I went in to have the screen protector replaced for the $10 charge. The store rep walked up to me as soon as I opened the door to help me out. He had his trainee go through the whole process walking them through it step by step. They took the old protector off and put the new one on in under 5 minutes. The whole transaction from me walking in and me waving goodbye took less than 10 minutes. It was very good customer service and why I have gone through AT&T for any of my phones for almost 10 years.

I had the best customer service here of any phone service store I’ve been to. Casey was extremely knowledgeable and fixed my phone quickly and helped me find the accessories I needed. Will definitely be coming back here for all my phone service needs!

The sales associate by the name of Gelo was super helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't push us to buy anything he just layed out all the features and helped us make the right decision. Great employee

We recently had the need to switch from Verizon to AT&T due to some coverage issues up on the North Slope. Judy at the Muldoon store in Anchorage was amazing. Fast, efficient and got us exactly the plan to fit our needs.

Judy at the Tikahtnu AT&T store was great. Kind, thorough and explained everything clearly. And as I was leaving she greeted someone that had been in previously and she remember them from a previous visit.

The customer service was excellent. All of my questions were answered, and the associate helped resolved problems with my bill and provided great service with exchanging my phone . I had a pleasant time , and did not feel rushed out as I did come in an hour before closing . I felt at home and had great conversation throughout my process of exchanging my phone . I will definitely recommend AT&T to friends and this specific location and the associate for service in the future . Thank you
