The prices are high but they have a lot of discounts available. I just bought a jacket that was listed for $160 and I got 40% off that and then did a scratch off thing and got 15 more percent off so I only paid $80 at the end. I'm happy with it.

Joanne and Sara were incredibly helpful, funny, and warm. Big fan of this location in general. Only complaint is the pushiness of cashiers to get credit card sign ups. I’ve witnessed/been a victim to the sales pitch from various cashiers throughout multiple visits. It is awkward and the info being regurgitated by the cashiers is a bit misleading…perhaps even illegal. I by no means blame the cashiers. It is likely they are being incentivized by the higher ups-which would be fine if they were being honest and clear about the ramifications of applying for a credit card. If you’re still reading: the discount is not worth the ding on your credit score. Kohl’s, you need to be better about this.

Shoutout to Abe for helping me today. I needed a suit and I've never bought one before. He got all the measurements. He went through each suit item by hand to find the perfect fit for me. When I was trying items on He still was looking for options and brought them to the fitting room. WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND. I bought a shirt, Suit jacket, pants, tie, and even shoes from his recommendations. He is a good person and staff. Thanks again!

My compliments to Michelle at Kohl’s store in Anchorage Northeast (store 1325). Michelle explained how to create an account to earn Kohl’s points without opening a credit card account. She was so kind and helpful encouraging me to get every discount possible. Thank you for excellent customer service. Sadly…it is a rare treat in our current environment.

I was greeted upon entering the store and store employees helped me find merchandise as I shopped. Probably due to the season, and special holiday merchandise, the displays were close together and required some shopping cart maneuvering. I appreciate the wide selection of clothing and household items.

Been with them for a very long time. I enjoyed the rebates and the refund check every year. Always walk out of this place happy every time I come to this place for a specific item. Service is very friendly and fast!

Shopping at N.E. Kohls in Anchorage was great. I highly recommend this store. Compared to other stores in downtown Anchorage it was fully stocked with items I needed.

Sales guy basically organizing the whole men's section by himself. Measured me and recommended me multiple things to wear. Also seems to be taking care of the dressing room as well. Thanks for the help and give him a raise please

Pretty nice, massive space, this is comparable to a JCPenney.

There's all sorts of selection here, I went through the whole store and definitely would have bought a handful of items that day if it wasn't for the fact I spend too much money the past few years.

The styles are up to date, prices are reasonable for new.
Clothing, household items, kitchen, bath, electronics, etc.

This large, rather hefty sweater is perfect for wearing to work or just out and about. It is an extremely soft, silky fabric. It's comfortable and warm. I can't wait until it cools down enough to wear it!

Lots of deals. I got a ton of new things for not much money. I love their rewards program and the Kohl's cash. And now it's so easy because they keep track of it for you.

My experience with Kohl's today was off the charts wonderful. I was helped in customer service by Gene and Andrew. Both of these individuals were absolutely a pleasure as they helped me with my return! I was then helped by Kirsten, Gigi and Darin with my purchase of some beautiful clothing items and men's shoes. It was obvious to me that Kohl's takes pride in training their associates and the aforementioned associates absolutely took pride in their commitment to excellence! Thank you Gene, Andrew, Kirsten, Gigi and Darin! I can't thank you enough for making me feel like a valued customer!

Great store amazing discounts

Kohl's is awesome, I recently purchased a bookcase from them, and like so many other companies, I expected them to either cancel the order or not let me place it because they won't ship to Alaska. Not only did they ship it, but it will be here within a week, which rarely happens up here with these kind of purchases.

Kihls has great bargains, and everything

Friendly staff, helpful. The store had the heat turned up so it was a little on the muggy side. But overall it was a comfortable experience. Could not tell you about pricing because everybody's charging to much. But I found everything I was looking for. I have not ever shopped Kohl's before and for a first time impression it was good way better than the other super stores. I will go back...
