Big O Tires

I live in E-town and go outta my way to go to Big-O in Radcliff, one visit to the Etown Big-O years ago taught me a lesson. Carl's store is like family to me, they always get me right. Never have they "Ever " done me wrong, if you don't take care of your vehicle/ stay up on your maintenance, that's a you problem, not a Big-O problem, but they'll get you right. Best shop in the area...bar none.

After calling around to a few places to get my wife's tire repaired I came here. They were honest upfront. The tire had been temporarily fixed with tire sealant or "fix a flat". While other companies lied and said the tire and or when and air sensors would need replaced they didn't. They charged an extra$10 of what they normally charge and I was in and out in less than an hour. All the bad reviews are probably uppies who don't have patience or common sense. As for the person asking directions this is the day and age of Google maps. If you can figure out how to write a review I think you cab figure out maps or look up step by step directions online.

Came in with a slow leak from my tire. Was able to get a new tire with no issues. Was in and out in less than 45 minutes with no appointment.

Great service. Went in thinking I was going to have to get buy a tire for $199. The team inspection my flat and was able the repair for less then $30. In and out in 20 mins.

This Big O Tire is the go to tire shop in Hardin County for me. They are the best, respectful and fast/quality service. I won’t go anywhere else . I get their warranty and it’s no questions asked when I have a problem with the tires. They are old school and that’s what I like the most. Thank you guys for everything.

Staff is very professional and accommodating. I blew a tire on 1-65 and took it there and had to be to work. They changed the tire and put the spare and jack back like it was supposed to in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely go back again.

I recently went to Big O Tires to fix a flat. What amazing customer service! Not only was I greeted and tended to right away, but my car was serviced a lot quicker than anticipated. I hope not to get another flat tire any time soon, but if I do, this place will be my next stop.
