Big O Tires

I have been taking my van to Big O for years, at the recommendation of my neighbor. I had a horrible shake in my tire after the peppy boys who can’t be named, replaced my tire. After they repaired that wobble, they were my people. Everyone is so helpful, and kind. I’ve had numerous tires replaced here, used my warranty for blown out and flat tires, and they always try to help. They don’t make you feel pressured or uncomfortable. Overall recommend everyone at big O, make sure you ask for Jordan, she will get yall together 👌🏼🥰

The communication from this place is top tier. Doug called about some stuff he found that needed replaced while working on my car. He also was really helpful when checking my brakes and rotors and called after the inspection before replacing them. He also called to let me know my car was taking longer than anticipated and was willing to try and get it ready for me by the end of the day, but I wanted him to feel like he didn’t have to rush so I let him keep it overnight. They opened at 8am the next morning and my car was ready before 9am. It’s running great and everything was done so well. Rachel has texted post work to make sure everything is still running well. The BEST customer service and labor

I rarely leave reviews, however, this was the very best experience I have ever had dealing with choosing reasonable new tires and the installation process! I went to the location at 5405 E Colfax in Denver. Anthony Lucero set my appointment and helped me choose tires that suit my driving needs and fit my budget. The store was very clean and the staff was wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly! I was in and out in under 30 minutes, AMAZING! I will recommend this location to everyone!

It was a great day called got right in at 12:30and by 3 we had 4 new tires a oil change and shocks every one was so nice and the kitten was beautiful

My Honda Civic was in need of a oil change. As usual Big O Valley Station got me in quickly and did a fantastic job. These people are awesome.

One of the few tire stor/car repair shop locations in South Louisville left that do what they say they'll do, do it in a timely manner, do it for a fair price, do it with a smile on their face! I highly recommend big o valley station Kentucky

The staff was very accommodating, friendly, up-front, willing to explain things to me to give me options. I was only able to get to the location late in the day, and after verifying with them, they allowed me to get my tire replaced. I was thankful, because it was virtually the only time I had to change it before going out of town. Rachel took care of me from the start, explained the pros vs cons of going with a used vs new tire. She was very helpful. I am someone who need to understand the why's and how's when it comes to making important decisions. She made things very clear, answered questions, and was genuinely caring the entire time. She gave me her card for future work I may need done and, I'll have to say that I will definitely come back to.this Big O. They are also a full-service garage. I'll be back, you should come, too! I have gone to this big o a few times. Nails in tires, special order tires etc. It doesn't matter who you get, they are always helpful. Techs do good work as well. Best big o I've been to, best all around tire shop I've been to.

They always provide fast and friendly service. I've been using the Acima payment program for my repairs and work on the car. All-in-all, I highly recommend this shop for your auto needs.

Went in to get a new tire to replace the one that just blew out and they noticed that my one of my other tires was about to blow as well. So they recommended 2 really nice used tires that ended up being cheaper than the 1 new tire that I planned on getting. Everyone was very nice. I’d 100% recommend this place.

An oil change at a reasonable price when others are charging $100 or more! Fast and friendly service plus was able to quickly fix a headlight problem in addition to the oil change. I will definitely return and let others know!

He took the time to show where my tire was wearing and discussed all of the options we had to repair or replace the tire. He impressed us so much that he made a lifetime customer.
