Chick-fil-A

We were finally able to dine inside after the renovations and complete make over of this location. The drive thru is always quick and efficient. We wanted to see what the inside looked like. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The counter/ordering area is smaller but as usual they are very quick at greeting you and taking your order. The dining area is smaller even though they took out the children’s play area. I imagine that they needed more room for the drive through since that’s where they are the busiest. The dining area is warm and homey. As expected our dining experience was great. After placing our order food was brought to our table in a timely fashion. They constantly check to see if you need anything and refill your drinks. Food is always great. We had the breakfast bowl with sausage and a side of hash browns. I would have like some more egg in it as it seemed very sparse. We were not disappointed.

I have been eating here. No5 5 days out of 6 as I work in the area. Super people and food is great. Along with mitart discount. It's nice they give this.

Seems like the golden era has passed for most CFAs. Not the Peace Haven location. We had a slight problem with our order and Jess the manager made it right with a smile. Even the drive through was moving right along. We will return to this location whenever we are in the area. Well done!

The Chick-fil-A Experience ( Drive-thru Experience). On this day, I wanted a salad and knew Chick-fil-A don't play when it comes to delivering fast, good service. So, I went through their drive-through and placed my order in no time.

I ordered their Spicy Southwest Salad without chicken that comes with mixed greens, grape tomatoes, a blend of Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses, roasted corn, black beans, poblano chilies, and red bell peppers. It also comes with seasoned tortilla strips and chili lime pepitas. I also asked for their balsamic salad dressing.

Once home, I was ready to eat. I enjoyed my salad. There is no other experience like the Chick-fil-A experience compared to other fast-food eateries. You know there is a major issue when you have to wait, and you always get a "my pleasure" when saying thank you. That's an establishment that will continue to get my business as long as they continue to provide good customer service.

Excellent service that you expect at CFA, but we were there at a busy time, and still superior service. Plenty of staff, short wait times, staff walking around very frequently to see if customers needed refills or anything else, interacting with customers. And for the sign in the bathroom, all moms with babies will be appreciative!! Restaurant and restroom very clean.

Enjoyed a wonderful “Breakfast with Santa” event at CFA! The staff was amazing, decor transported the young and young at heart to the North Pole, and of course the food was delicious as always! Thanks to the staff for working so hard to make this a fun event.

This Chick-fil-A is always on point. I have never been disappointed.

Shout out to Cameron! This guy is so friendly!!! My daughter and I came in yesterday and I had originally intended to find a table and do a mobile dine in order. As soon as I walked in the door, I could see Cameron's smiling face and I knew I had to get in line! He is always so friendly and he always has such a big smile on his face. This is what I really enjoy about Chick-fil-A. You just can't beat the friendliness and the service.

If you can believe it this is my first time going to Chick-fil-A. I don't normally eat fast food but we were traveling... They had a really neat drive-thru setup and the people were super friendly even though it was extremely busy, which I'm guessing it probably always is. No complaints.

I have finally found something that I think is good, I liked the wrap chicken sandwich.

great experience! Staff was always attentive! Wait time in drive thru was a little long, but I do understand it’s mostly ran by teenagers and there’s other cars than just mine. They still took my order as soon as I got into the drive thru, and my food was hot a fresh. I had a very large order and nothing was missing. I even got compliments in the drive thru. This is an amazing experience and made me feel important to the staff. And I love it when they say “my pleasure” because it makes people feel like it they care. Always smiles on their faces and exciting tones. I think this place is doing great, especially since I’ve seen a ton of training tags recently, and those people still are speedy with their jobs with great attitudes. Came in on Friday around lunch 01/27. Thank you so much to the CFA staff for training these employees right and thank you to all the staff for putting in your best efforts. 🙌

Inside looks better after the renovation, but they could have done a better job on the parking lot.

Used the mobile app to order and didn't have any problems. The food was ready very fast and accurate. I didn't have any issues parking and found the bag on a rack. I was in and out in less than a minute.

Left some things off of our order we didn't find out until we got to the hotel 30 minutes away, We called them and they strained it out for us fixed everything without me having to drive back. I've never had a Chick-fil-A leave anything off of my order but it's nice to know that when they do they definitely go above and be on to take care of the issue. I was very impressed!

Always nice, clean and efficient drive thru. This particular location has been well managed and organized for at least 8 years. It is no wonder they are always busy. And they know how to handle all that business too. Quickly and every, single, employee is kind, smiling and helpful. Day in and day out, no exceptions.

Just like every other Chick-fil-A restaurant this location is busy but the service is quick and the drive-thru is organized well and moves at a good pace. I usually get sandwiches and Nuggets for the family. The food is always hot and fresh.
