The staff made me feel comfortable. I am honored to have met highly qualified professionals that were knowledgeable about my conditions and listened to me while I explained everything to them. I will recommend them to any and every veteran.

My wife and I have worked tirelessly with Provision's Health ownership to bring affordable health care to Toronto and the Ohio Valley. We never intended partnering with anyone or any company but we found one by accident. Amy and Gwen are caring are reasonable and make every effort to make affordable health care available to everyone. We are so glad to be providing the medical care at Provision's Health Toronto. If you have thought about trying something different, please give Provisions' health a try. You will be glad you did!

Both Jean & Ian were very personable & accommodating. They both put me at ease during my evaluation.The questions that were presented to me, as well as the receptiveness of my responses and concerns were done so in an open, understanding manner. The information they provided to me was very helpful. I was “seen” at my prescribed appointment time and the evaluation was done in a thorough manner! Highly recommended!!!

As an RN for over 31 years, one of the best PA’s you’ll meet and a well organized operation. Took the time talk, was not rushed, and seemed very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and had so much common sense.

Provisions health is great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The other patients in the lobby were courtesy and friendly to talk to while we waited I was seen 5 mins early and the nurse was professional and kind. I highly recommend.

An absolutely wonderful clinic! Everyone is so nice and kind, and they listen! I've been seeing NP Ian Tice and I've never felt more heard by a medical professional. It's wonderful to finally feel as if my health matters to more than myself and my loved ones. I highly recommend this clinic and the medical professionals that work here.

Ian is absolutely fantastic!!! He has so much compassion over his patients and it truly shows. He LISTENS! His understanding and communication is unmatched in healthcare. He takes pride in his field, and will go above and beyond for patient satisfaction. When no other doctor would listen, HE DID; He literally saved my life. I will forever be thankful for finding him, and will continue to be a patient as far as time.

Easy to find due to signage. Nice waiting area, coffee, water, and snacks were available. Greeted when you arrived, and treated with genuine interest when they signed you in. Both providers took time to listen and each made sure to summarize what you actually said, which showed they actually understood and practiced active listening. Previous exam at another location spent more time telling me what she thought before I could explain previous MOS and other branch of service, leaving me frustrated and feeling like I was an SSI recipient instead of a 29 year service member. My Toronto visit was a 180 in comparison, in which I got to explain what happened(injury/issue), where it was (started from duty, or aggravated by duty), and what was done or not done (follow up, documentation, etc)

When I arrived at the building I was met by the staff upon entering. The building was well marked so I had no trouble finding it. The office staff were exceptional friendly. The Nurse Practitioner that I was to see regarding my disability claim, listened intently to my concerns and problems. She completed a through assessment and took time to ask appropriate questions. She did not hurry through the assessment and I appreciate her thoughtful understanding and details to attention of my condition. Upon leaving they thanked me for my service. I was very happy with the services I received. I would recommend this provider to any member of the armed services to receive a through assessment of their disability. They unfortunately cannot guarantee you will win you case, however, I feel they do an excellent job of completing a through assessment to provide to the VA.

The appointment was great. My only complaint was having to drive an hour and 20 minutes to the appointment and my appointment lasting 15 minutes. Non of which is your fault.

A little tired after driving an 1 1/2 hours, all of that went away after entering the office. The staff was warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The exam went well, Rebecca was professional but very friendly making you feel at ease.

Nurse Jean was very kind and provided great care. Provider Keenan was amazing and guided me through the VA claims process more thoroughly and talked with me throughout the whole exam. I would highly recommend them!

Very comfortable and enjoyable experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt well cared for. Front desk attendant was very inviting, offered snacks and other refreshments. The provider was professional and thorough. Thank you!

NP Tice was very kind and thorough. He offered lots of great ideas for helping remedy my issues. He seemed genuine and supportive of vets. A good C&P exam experience.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. Everyone there has a smile on their face. Got offered free snacks and drinks while waiting to include coffee. They had a great respect for veterans and I would highly recommend them. The NP Tice was very thorough and knowledgeable and friendly as well.

Went for a VA comp & pen exam. The physician's assistant who performed the exam was very professional, courteous and thorough. She had compassion and empathy during the exam. Great friendly front office staff as well!

This was the most professional examination and experience I've ever encountered with VES or the VA. the examiner NP Ian Tice took the time to thoroughly document and listen to my medical history. It was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I now find myself wishing I could have utilized his services for all my needs. Upon arrival, I inquired with two veterans about their experiences, and they had nothing but positive feedback. This is coming from a 22-year Fleet Marine Force Corpsman.
