I'm giving this place 5 stars for being open 24 hours & for having 2 employees on staff after 10 pm (instead of leaving 1 employee alone unsafe & making it more appealing to be victimized by a predator). Thank you for keeping your employees safe! It's greatly appreciated from someone that has worked alone and has been robbed at gunpoint point before! I've also lost a friend (very good man & father) to a convenience store robbery where he did everything the predator asked him to do and was still cowardly shot for less than $100. So again, thank you as it also makes your customers feel safer!! Also, thanks for adding your location on Google! I got off the exit (all most out of gas) and ran on battery for several miles & located you by "gas near me" on Google because there were no signs once I got off the exit.
Thanks for your friendly service too!!

Hong was super friendly. Warned me about a slow pump, and suggested a great Japanese cream soda.

My card was not accepted at the pump. I gave up and went in the store, called Millers. I explained to the attendant and she ran my card for a certain amount of money. Walked back to the pump and again I had to go again for help. My time was wasted so I arrived late at my destination. Outdated pumps. I don’t plan to return.

Come on man, this place is one of the most expensive places to get gas in Williamsburg. It’s a tourist trap. Avoid. Or buy a Tesla.

Gas here is currently $.90-$1.00 per gallon more expensive than any other gas station around. The Department of Energy needs to send in an investigation team because apparently this gas station is trapped in a time bubble where it is perpetually the 1970s and hyperinflation is running rampant. The cause of this needs to be determined before the time bubble expands to surrounding businesses and we have to start wearing bell bottoms.

Don't use, they price gouge.
Went the other night and left after seeing $4 / g for regular! Just further down the street was $3.29 / g.

I just went to this store and tried to purchase a pack of cigarettes and I had a coupon for $1.75 off, this store was listed as one of the stores I could use this coupon in the app. The lady not only refused to scan the coupon but then put the cigarettes back and refused to sell me the cigarettes with no explanation. If your employees cant communicate efficiently or at the VERY LEAST be polite to the customers then maybe they shouldn't be the person working the cash register. I purchase from this store weekly for gas and cigarettes and will now drive out of my way to go to another store.

Gas at $4.89 while everywhere else in Williamsburg is under $4.25? Price gauging at its finest... greedy people own this gas station and there is a 7-11 half a mile down the road.

After a wonderful day visiting beautiful Williamsburg, VA with four friends we needed gas and since it was close we went to BP. Thought the gas seemed a little high but needed it and thought perhaps it had just gone up overnight. When our credit card screen kept rolling as authoring a young man came out yelling we put in on the wrong side! Pump read as if we had already pumped $11.01. He informed us we needed to pull to another pump. We stated we hadn’t received gas but the pump amount read as if we had. He said no problem, he would fix it. We said please fix it and we’ll go to another pump. Long story short, he was rude, harassing and tried to intimidate. We bought gas, asked for a receipt because the pump we were now at didn’t give us one, asked his name of which he said Eric when we already knew it was Hong and left. To top this Eric (Hong) came running into the street and took a picture of our license plate while we were at a stop light! We laughed all the way to our Condo in our rental car! DON’T USE THIS BP STATION!

Rude owners, and they PRICE GOUGE for their gas. The gas here is $0.30 more than anywhere else around in this town. They have done this for years. The owners are greedy.

The most expensive gas in Williamsburg and maybe the region. ~$0.30+ cents over surrounding stations. Insane.

The most expensive independently owned place to fill up in our area. They are almost always 30¢ more per gallon.

Worst service in Williamsburg! They are extremely rude! Price gouging should be illegal.... I would like to see a new owner/operator at this location. This is a place where you are GUARANTEED to be TREATED POORLY AND OVERPAY FOR MERCHANDISE!
