COACH Outlet

I'm from out of town and this was my first experience at an actual coach store despite a few years of collecting. Allie was an awesome associate. She was super nice in assisting me and other customers. She answered all my questions and helped me find an absolute score of a bag! What a great store and find Allie if you want a great experience!

Sally was amazing, she helped daughter pick out the perfect wristlet. Sally was very patient, and attentive, helping her pick out just the right priced item to invest in. The sales lady added the year warranty. My daughter took it out the bag and loaded it up before we pulled out the lot. She was happy with her on sale purchase.

This coach outlet was so awesome. The store was so nice and organized while the worker was so willing to help. Me and my aunts came in which can be overwhelming with some because we are a group of 6. Also the biggest shout out goes to Allie who was so patient at the register with helping with my tanger coupon

The staff here is really very helpful and pleasant -- all of them. Monica went out of her way to help us with an exchange that would be sent from another store, and even followed up after to make sure we had no issues. That's customer service you just don't find these days. I appreciated that so much. Great experience and we'll definitely shop here again the next time we're in town!

I stopped in a week or so ago still looking for that Dempsey Denim Carry All.
Well Madalyn told me it was coming back the 1 week in March and put me on the call back list once it came in.

Madalyn text me on the 24th saying the new Dempsey Collection was in to view and I could come any day to pick out what I wanted to come back to get on March 2nd the rollout date.

How about I High Tailed it to the store at that moment and there it was my Carry All.
This has been my Coach store for years they know me!

I just want to say that the manager Mr James is amazing I come to this store even tho it's a hour and a half away because the store closest to me doesn't provide exceptional service like I have gotten from Mr James and other associates, I got the perfect backpack I've been wanting tysm!

Veryyyy friendly staff! I’m visiting from Washington DC for a month and stopped in looking for a case for my earbuds. Was made feeling very welcomed and the associates were the best. Ended up leaving with much more. 💖💖💖 will definitely be returning.

I love coach outlet. Friendly staff. As you shop, no pestering salesperson. Very good deals. Great selection of items. I purchased one leather Dempsey camera crossover bag and Dempsey double zippered wristlet for about $200.

Amazing quality for affordable price. The price tag may look high but after discounts usually cost way less than department stores. And you're actually getting a quality leather product which is hard to find in most situations. I exclusively wear their belts and am really pleased with the $35 wallet I just picked up. We'll see how long it will last but my belt has basically no signs of wear after 2 years.

Nice store with many items to choose from.

It was my birthday and I always wanted to pick out my own Coach. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Now, if they can get some signs up from I10, that would even be better.

I cannot begin to express how amazing the staff is. I love walking in and being shown all the great new items that fit my taste and style. They take the time to learn about their customers and it shows. I love shopping here.

Always love COACH. When I was an Executive Manager with Macy's, COACH always presented themselves with their best foot forward. While we were on vacation, my wife made this stop as a priority. My wife loves COACH and we will continue to shop in regular stores, online and now the outlet. This particular outlet store was very friendly to my wife and I and made us feel right at home, Thank you! Thank you COACH for your professionalism and excellent merchandise. FYI gentleman, "HAPPY COACH = HAPPY WIFE"! Also, to the men, you may find yourself a nice wallet or something nice for yourself.

This place is addicting to me, sales are great, service is superb. Just need a free bag since we spend a lot of money here & on line. 👌👌

Merchandise is always on sale at this location. I got my best friend a backpack, matching wallet, earrings and sunglasses for her bachelorette party and myself a necklace for all right under $300. The staff is also super helpful and friendly. Every time we visit Gulf Shores we make sure to stop by this coach and pick something out.
