McDonald's

While traveling from Orange Beach, we stopped at this McDonald's location for breakfast. I personally only had an ice coffee and my son had hot cakes with syrup.

Both were fixed perfectly. Service was fast, employees were kind. Our group of 5 were not disappointed at all. Would return to this location.

Diana was so helpful and cheerful in the morning. She even showed us special deals on breakfast we would have otherwise missed. Thanks!

Top of the line po-boy sandwiches piled high. Well fried seafood. Great cheese grits with this tasty white sauce are found in the shrimp and grits dish.

I don't know if it's new staff or not but they were way more friendly and fast

Very great staff, quick order. We ordered at the kiosk a VERY large order and it was still done in a few minutes and fresh and hot. We’re not from this area but this is certainly the nicest McDonald’s we’ve been to. Thanks so much y’all!

The person working the drive thru window who served us our food was extremely pleasant and put a smile on our faces. The food was very good and we will stop by again.

The young man working the register was very nice, attentive And helpful. Also, I have eaten at McDonald's restaurants my whole life, all over the USA. The food at this Location wAs really really good. We have eaten here a few times and everything is fresh and tasty. We were surprised by the food quality and taste.....very good!

I had a coupon on the app that wouldn't load and the lovely drive Thru woman found a way to stil use it for me and it made my day

So understaffed and yet those who remain bust their bottoms to get every single customer taken care of. Two ladies in specific -one with super short blonde hair and the other pregnant with tattoos- both deserve a raise. They were holding it down on their own for the longest and didn't cause a ruckus nor a scene about it. I've never gotten a negative attitude from anyone here for needing an order corrected (on the rare occasion) which is actually very surprisingly pleasant. We've all been a victim of the forgotten drivethru order walk of shame into the building before. It happens, that's just life. But the people of this Mickey D's establishment really do their best to provide their best. And let's not forget the dreaded McDonalds broken McCurry machine curse. This happens to EVERY location, it's gotta be a scam for something. Funnily enough, I think this location's machine has only ever been "down" maybe twice since June. Their frappe machine was down this past weekend but between these two issues that all locations share, this specific store/restaurant is clearly towards the top of the "fix it list" with corporate or the franchise owners (not sure how it works) because that is 80% less than any other drive thru with the same name. Anyways, this is a super clean location too. Anyone who has worked the food industry, especially back of the house, and knows the typical appearance would agree. This place ain't dirty, lol. Kind employees, good food, speedy time and all around worth the price.

This is the McDonald's near OWA. I typically go through the drive-thru but decided to go inside and use the electronic ordering.

They brought the food out in a matter of minutes and that ordering process has made McDonald's far more comfortable to pop in and get food.

It virtually eliminates the need to stand in line in close proximity to other folks and be concerned about virus or other illness type issues.

Least wait times of any McD’s in the area. Food is good and orders are accurate. Staff always friendly.

Stopped in about 7:30 am for a quick breakfast to go. I went in as the car line was long. They were busy, busy and short staffed (it's Friday on a busy expressway to and from the beach). I am pleased to say I recieved my order in record time. I gave the 5 stars to the staff working that morning. There was one woman at the counter, one person at the drive thru and the cook(s) in back. I give 1 star to management for this situation. As a manager, I know Fridays are famous for "call-ins". Whatever the reason, Corporate should reward these few employees on the am shift on 2/23/18 and fire whoever is responsible for leaving only 2 people to serve us, the customers.

Danial was amazing dude and he did a really good job. The manager was the sweetest and came and talked to all my friends and I. And the cooks were A1 everyone here made me feel so welcomed and were amazing I love u all here! Great place to go especially for a sausage cheese McGriddle

We showed up 5 mnts before closing. The manager on duty and the lady working the window were awesome. Where we live in new orleans we are not used to such friendly service. Even at the window we ordered xtra cookies and were told it
takes 2 mnts to cook. No fuss and no rush. I loved visiting this mcds. Best location my family and I have ever been too. Hope to be back soon and I hope the locals appreciate what they have here ♡

This location is always fast compared to other locations. Food is always fresh and order always correct. Friendly staff too.
