We came to Tropical Falls during low peak and the place was so much fun. We spent most of the time at the indoor water park and it wasn’t crowded. The kids had so much fun! The slides and atmosphere is very cute. They allow outside food and beverages. They also sell these items on site. There are lifeguards everywhere which is very appealing for me! My six year old and her cheer friends had a blast. I could imagine how crowded this place could get on spring break and the summer so come when the crowd is low! Worth every penny

Best water park/ theme park all in one! My family and I will for sure be back to visit soon. Tickets were super affordable. I do suggest if your going in a group of 4 to buy the group pass. It’s a great save!

My family and I enjoyed everything! We will be back. The chicken strips were delicious. My grandkids wasn’t ready to go and we had been there from 8:30-2:30.

Amazing amusement park! Water park was super nice! Kids loved it! Would definitely come back again! There are lots of rides for toddlers as well, my son was just 1 and was able to go on rides with us.

Soo very fun. Came here for spring break and glad we did. So much to do for the family. The water park is great and so are the rides at the Theme park. Some of the rides were not open. The first day we came, the lady at the front informed us that the kid water area was not open due to staffing, so very glad for the information, so we came back the next day and glad we did so our youngest could experience the kid area. Although some slides were closed it was still fun for him. The green tube slide was closed on the big kid area unfortunately (I really wanted to try that one) but I get it! Need a full staff to open all the rides. Plenty other options to choose from. I enjoyed the lazy river. Plenty of fun thrill slides to chose from. There were plenty of chairs so we were able to lay our towels on our chairs and enjoy the park. I'd prefer we were able to wear our water shoes on the rides as the floor was a bit dirty in some areas. There was plenty of life guards around, so it's a safe space.

Libations and food options are available. We had the combo tickets so we were able to leave and come back with our wrist bands. Love that option. We left for lunch and came back.

I love the free Parking!! Easy access to get in. Plenty restaurants to choose from outside of the water park area.

Overall we enjoyed ourselves. Our kids feet were hurting at the end of the day, so it was successful. I do recommend.

I’ve been there twice this summer with family! And I love it along with my family! It’s not burning up inside water park like great wolf lodge! This is the place to be! Prices are cheaper after 4pm. I paid around $120 for me and my kid. They also have tasty adult beverages!

We visited OWA Tropic Falls theme park with our 2 and 4 year old children who both had a blast! There are lots of rides for children over 36" to ride, not as many for those under 36". The park is so clean, including the restrooms. We went on a Thursday and it was super quiet, it was also the first week it was open for summer. My kids (and us) enjoyed using the splash pad when it got hot in the afternoon. The food is also very reasonably priced and good. Easy to get to, easy to park, everything about visiting was very easy and we will definitely return when we visit Florida again. Next time we will probably try the water park as well, but we spent 6 hours there just doing the theme park alone.

The water park was great. No need to worry about the weather, it's indoors. The water park has multiple slides, a nice size lazy river, kiddie area and very clean restroom/ locker area. Didn't eat but people in our group, said it was good. Great wave pool, it's outside with a small surfing pool area. A couple amusement rides and games outside. I would return again.

This place was really fun. Disregard the negative reviews. We went at 1pm on a Friday in the summer. Nothing was packed. We had no issues getting on any rides. All were working and all had minimal lines.
The water Park was clean, including the restrooms. There was plenty of seating. It's definitely staffed by a bunch of teenagers, but they all seemed to take their jobs seriously.
The food was decently priced. It's basically the same as going out to eat, or eating fast food. There are restaurants outside of the park, and you can re-enter if needed. Lockers are $15 for the large. You open then with your wristbands.
I would say shoes aren't really needed, since my kids didn't wear theirs at all. I rarely wore mine, except when going into the restroom and locker area. Definitely bring your own towels to save your seats.
We went as a family of 6, and we all had an absolute blast. Myself and my husband, my mother, and our 3 kids. It really is fun for the whole family. All ages. It's a family oriented park, which is awesome. No pressure at all and everyone was friendly. If you're looking for somewhere to spend the entire day with your family, I highly recommend this park. They close late and even after that, there are things to do outside of the amusement park.

Fantastic place. We only did the ride attraction side of the park but it was the best. I have taken my daughter the last 2 yrs in a row and are already planning to come back on her fall break. We drive 6 hours one way to come here and it's worth it. We want to do the water park when we come back. Can't wait!!

The indoor park was a little crowded but it was fun anyways and it was a holiday weekend, so it was to be expected.
Outside water area was super awesome! The food prices at the grill were a little steep but the girl working the window was very nice and the food was good. The cocktails were tasty and the Bartender was friendly. He was doing a good job keeping up with the amount of people in line, as well.
The outdoor pool seating area was comfy and plentiful and the water temperature was perfect!
My family and I look forward to visiting again.

We love Tropic Falls at OWA! We try to make a trip down every year… unfortunately this year, I lost my wedding band at the waterpark! I know this is likely SUCH a long shot and yes, I know I never should’ve had it inside but too late for that now… so I’m here to say if anyone by chance finds a Leo wedding band I would be SO grateful for it’s return. It has so much more sentimental value than worth, I swear! I’ll attach a picture of the ring for reference.

We arrived around 10:00 a.m. on a Monday. Loved the family 4 pack with the water park and theme park package for $68. The parks weren’t crowded and plenty of tubes. Loved the chill room when we were overheated at the theme park. The only room for improvement would be to have the lifeguards in the water at the end of the tube slides to assists guests with getting out of the floats. A couple watched us struggle without offering assistance.

Omg I traveled to FOLEY! I can’t tell you how much this trip was stressful for me. However it was my daughter’s birthday, and TROPIC FALLS was where my stressed ended. TAYLOR & BRANDIE was so helpful and patient as I worked through the kinks with my bank, they were extremely nice and accommodating, my stress ended there and we had a great time. I will definitely be back. The staff and people around the park was extremely kind to my 6 kids, (5 bonus kids)

We had a great time at OWA Water Park. The orange and purple drop slides on the top deck are so thrilling. As my brother described it, "purple is more intimidating but orange is more exhilarating." Loved all of the slides, especially the mat racing and flow rider. Finishing in the cave was a nice surprise.

The crowd was very manageable on the Friday we visited. Waited less than 5 min for each slide.

The staff was very helpful and fun. All of my interactions were positive.

I loved the chicken nachos. Every place where corners could have been cut, they weren't. Let's just say I was worried about the typical waxy "cheese" that comes in a giant tub, but was impressed to see homemade queso poured over the nachos.

None of the below is worth dropping the 5 star review, but here is what could be better:
- The arrival experience is confusing. Need more way finding to direct guests to ticketing and the water park. Where do we get wristbands? TVs showing an error screen at ticket counter didn't help.
- The first set of lockers are placed close to the turnstiles. Everyone sees this and misses the fact that there are lockers inside the water park as well.
- We were there for the water park. It would be great if the theme park was ticketed separately.
- The floor paint inside the water park is starting to come off. Either needs repainted or a different material that doesn't require painting. I feel the material could be more slip resistant.
- The cave stairs are covered in rust, worrying me as I walked up them barefoot.
- The short waves at the wave pool were a let down.

Like I said, still a 5 star. If these points were addressed, I would consider this place Disney-level.

We had so much fun here! They had enough thrill rides for those looking for a bit more adventure, and smaller rides for the young kids. They were so good at keeping the rides wiped down. There are sanitizer stations all over. The bathrooms were always immaculate. Though they request masks, it is not required. We spent 7 hours in the park, and never got bored. There were very few people as the weather is cooler for the locals, but as someone who lives where the high temp in the winter barely reaches 20 degrees, we were living the life and loving having no crowds. My kids were so sad to leave. This is worth the visit if you're in the area and looking for something to do! Plus, you can't beat the price...my family of 6 paid what one person would pay for a day at Disney. If we make it back to Lower Alabama, I can guarantee that my kids will be begging to come back here.

This place is great, so much to do and tons of fun to be had! I scrolled the reviews before our trip to get an idea of what to expect, and if your considering it just GO. The employees were nice, bathrooms clean and it was beautiful. And if your hungry then you won't be disappointed. I saw previous reviews and had low expectations. Our food was fantastic for the price and we had plenty. I will recommend this place every chance I get!!!!

My daughter and I had so much fun at Tropic Falls at OWA today! We got to ride all of the rides without long waits! The roller coasters were our favorites! The park was very clean. The staff was friendly and ensured that all safety protocols were followed before an “All clear”! We will surely be back soon with season passes. Thank you to the staff for helping to make this day possible! We now have wonderful memories that will last a lifetime! ☺

Where do I begin, my only critique is the need to add an additional locker scanning machine. I really loved the locker system, changing rooms, lazy river, liquor drinks, and Arcade. I’ll definitely bring my family back.
