Who knew buying insurance would be a pleasant and informative experience? It was such a wonderful and amazing experience working with Curt Spelzhaus at FMIG! Curt is so knowledgeable and listens carefully - each detail I provided of my situation was carefully considered and led to healthcare options that was budget friendly and the coverage was what we needed. He walked me through every detail and explains in terms I could understand. He provided me every detail to sign up and ensure I was covered asap!

The outstanding customer service even continues past the initial walk through and policy purchase. I had purchased a plan with Curt several years ago and he called to make sure that I could renew before an unexpected deadline caused by the insurance company's policy change would make my deductible increase substantially. That really saved me because the next month my husband was diagnosed with cancer and the deductible remained at the previous lower level.

When my husband was diagnosed with cancer, I called Curt again and explained the situation and he was caring, compassionate and genuinely cared about our well being. He helped me navigate buying a separate policy for my husband to make sure we had adequate coverage for the additional cancer treatments.

Today I had the most wonderful experience with Curt who helped my husband and me get insurance for the first time in 8 years. It was amazing! He asked us a few questions, found out what we qualified for and then amazingly helped us apply for insurance and now I am insured! An extra added benefit was that I also found out I qualified for dental and vision. Curt made the whole experience painless and fun and he has any future referrals I have. He was the first one to tell us our options and I know a ton of other insurance agents. That says something about this great group.

Curt Spelzhaus was great to work with and very helpful in getting my health insurance policies - the RIGHT policies - for my family and I. He didn't try to oversell me or push anything on me and made sure I understood what I was purchasing by explaining everything about the policies.
When I finally did have to use my insurance, I had a few questions while I was standing in the doctors' office and again at the pharmacy - I called Curt and he was more than helpful with answers and walked me through setting up an account on my phone electronically.
