Not sure what the bad reviews are talking about. I drive an extra 5 minutes to go to this location instead of West St Paul. They always have my pick up order either on the shelf or getting bagged up upon my arrival. I have never had a bad experience with staff, even when I forgot to submit an order or sent an order to the wrong location. They never forget anything on my sandwich order, which would be easy to do with the amount of freebies I add.

Give them a speeding ticket... Mike took my order freaky fast. Before I even inserted my card they already handed me my sandwich. Nice seating area. The employees look like they get along well with each other. So it was enjoyable to watch them work together.

My experience at Jimmy John's was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I placed my order to the time I took my first bite, everything was seamless and incredibly fast.

Definitely over priced for a sandwich, but you can thank Biden for the inflation. Always freaky—not always fast but they try their best. Definitely always fresh though. I’d give them a 9 out of Go Brandon.

I just generally love Jimmy John's to start. Service was fairly quick, and they looked out for me! The guy at the register put that I didn't want tomatoes or cheese, when I still wanted the cheese, and the man working the line must have listened because he asked and made sure I had the right order. Great people, great service!

Hello everyone, My name is Mike and I am the GM of this location. I just wanted to give you guys some feedback regarding our location. In 3 months prior to January, to put it plain and simple, we had a few very rude managers and inshop workers alike. All of whom have since been replaced. I've got a great and very positive staff working for me now. I apologize for any bad experiences you might have had. My focus has been to fix these situations and coach my team on how to respond to negative feedback. So that everybody is being treated with the respect they deserve. That being said I just wanted to thank everyone for the feedback and I hope you'll give us another shot in the future. If there's anything I can do for you in the future don't hesitate to call the store and ask for myself. I always have time to help!

Super Fast and friendly and really awesome people... i had a bit of an issue with my order today. when i ordered delivery they had forgotten the 2 bottles of water i ordered. they apologized and told me they would bring them right back. well time went by and i forgot about them then when i remembered i didn't get them i called them and they said they left it with the front desk. well my front desk never called me no big deal so i went down and found out that they didn't know who they belonged too and someone had taken one of them (the person telling me this was the one who took it and i knew he was lying) so i went back to my room and called JJ back and they apologized and i told them no worries it wasn't their fault... well a short while later JJ shows back up with 2 more bottles of water for me. apologizing again! i told them its not your fault but i greatly appreciate the customer service!... THANK YOU SO MUCH JJ even though im not in town long ill remember this and the next time im here ill be a repeat customer!!!

This JJ's slaps I eat a sandwich almost every day and today they wrote my name on the sandwich with a heart and :) they are very quick to correct a mistake or mix up. Only as good as thier past sandwich never had a bad sammy. -Anna

I had the best experience today at Jimmy Johns! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my personal needs! They were very thoughtful and the food was great! Thank you again for the wonderful service!

JJ's always make sandwiches fast. Cured my 7 year old daughter's 'hangry' episode quick. Staff were friendly.

We chose online order and our sandwiches were ready to go on time and the sandwiches were dine correctly and were tasty. We will go here again!!

So I love Jimmy John's sandwiches but this location is by far my favorite. Everyone who works here is so nice. To the point I would travel farther to get my sandwiches here. Thank you!

I've been a customer for years and typically would rate as 3 stars but tonight I would say was my first 5 star experience the person who took my order (Yasmin) was friendly and so was the girl that brought me my order typically the drivers are slow and kind of rude but tonight my experience was worth my time to rate the service thanks for the great customer service Yasmin
