Recently completed a full renovation of a home and needed 2 glass shower enclosures for the new bathrooms done quickly. I contacted S&S who came out next day to measure. When the project was handed over to Dario he very promptly got all my selections dialed in and even went to the manufacturer to straighten out a hardware color matching issue. Within a week I had my 2 enclosures installed and they look awesome. It's not always possible to turn around a project like this so quickly and the fact they delivered really helped me out on this project. Can't say enough about their professionalism and communication. Highly recommend.

Anthony was my installer and did exceptionally quality work. He also explained in great detail how to care for my shower glass. Greg was my salesman and was equally thorough in explaining what I could expect. I’m very satisfied with S&S’s promptness, attitude and workmanship.

What a great product, company, and customer service. I had S&S install a sliding g shower door in my home aost 8 years go. After 8 years, one of the wheels on the door appeared to be off track and bent. S&S promptly sent out two technicians and they had the repair done in minutes. Fortunately the wheel was only loose and not broken. Imagine my surprise when the technicians informed me.that there would not be a charge.

I cannot speak highly enough about this company. And I would recommend them to everyone. Kudos to a company that takes such great care of their customers.

Fantastic experience with all these guys! From Derly who came out and measured our new shower for glass and was knowledgeable on product. Gregg took over and scheduled for our installation. Gregg was great and called us day before and day of appointment letting us know when be theyd be onsite! Then Anthony & Team performed the install of our new shower glass with precision! This company put our original shower glass in. They were friendly and quick and great communication two years ago when we used them. We recently just had something we needed fixed with our glass shower door. They immediately contacted us back and set us up very quickly. Anthony and Dean came. They were polite, friendly, efficient and quick. Even wanted me to take a look to see if I was happy with it. They were here less then 20 min. I will gladly be calling them for any future projects.

Recently, my wife and I decided to remodel our bathroom. This was new to us, and we decided to manage the process ourselves ... picking out different products, vendors and services. Along the way, we researched a local company called S&S Building Specialties as they were known for their frameless shower and bath enclosures. As with all of the vendors, I made a point to visit each company, get a tour and to speak with the people involved in the process. From the time I stepped in the door, I was impressed. Not only were the products they offered the 'best in class', but most importantly, the people that stood behind those products were amazing (leadership, sales, administration, operations, installation, etc.). They were friendly, detail-oriented, knew their business inside and out, and made me absolutely confident that they would provide the best product and services. I enjoy working with S & S Building Specialties, in Matthews. They installed a new shower enclosure in our townhome approximately 8 years ago. I contacted them recently in regard to some minor repairs. They followed up by immediately coming to our home to see what I needed. They came back in a couple of days, to do the repairs and complete the work. They were fast and pleasant. They know what very good customer service does for their customer. It's hard to find and they have clearly found it.

I have a great Master Shower coated glass install since 2019, friendly & helpful, needed a new floor sweep on the door, they sold me a piece I could install myself.

Start to finish my project of replacing clear glass shower doors with the rain glass took
only 2 weeks. Zack and William were such professional installers.

We worked with S & S to replace our thin framed shower glass with frameless glass. We were extremely pleased with the communication, installers and follow through. We unequivocally recommend them to anyone considering bathroom glass changes.

This company is amazing! I contacted them on a referral for me to purchase and have installed a sliding shower door for my son's bathroom renovation of replacing a bathtub with a shower. When they came to install, they saw that the renovated space where the shower door was to go, was not built straight from wall to wall, but at an angle from wall to wall ( the angle had to be done because a window was in the way). Rather than say they couldn't do it, they brought in their engineers to assess and they came up with the solution of fabricating some metal strips in to wedges to attach to the opposing walls and the shower door frame, making it all work. All of this from the time I first called them, to when the shower door was installed and finished happened within just a few days. The scheduling team, the install team, the sales team - I have never worked with such an attentive group of people. So pleased!

Excellent company. Very friendly people. My little mirror on the drawer of vanity table was broken. They fixed with love and care. Highly recommend. You will not regret it.

This is our second bathroom S&S Building Specialties has installed shower glass doors in and it is perfect. We have one more bathroom to remodel and we will only be calling S&S to do the job. They are the best at what they do.
