Wow has this location changed..for the better!! I haven't been in over a year due to bad service and horrible food quality. Coming home late from work, a couple of days ago, just ran in to grab a quick meal and I see a 100 health inspection on the wall! Being in the restaurant biz myself, I can tell you those are nealy impossible to get. Kudos to the staff there! Service has changed as well and food quality. Keep up the great work!

Food was hot, order was correct, first time in awhile that I haven't had to drive back around to the window of a McDonald's to get food that was left off order. Cashier and gentlemen working drive thru were very pleasant and I appreciate their hard work!!! This location is out of my way but will definitely bring the kids back here from now on.

Obviously McDonald’s is McDonald’s so it’s cheap fast and mediocre food but I’m leaving 5 star review because there was a awesome girl named Alexis that works there and she had an awesome attitude and personality. She got my food out quickly and had a smile on her face the whole time. She didn’t act like the stereotypical fast food employee. Plus the food was hot. Anyways. Just wanted to give that girl a shout out.

The last few times I was at the Lancaster SC location there has been a confrontation between the staff and crew due to the crew acting as if the customers complaints are not of any concern. It's sad that my great nephew won't get his Happy Meals due to McDonald's errors.

Employees were professional looking, but I only needed use the lavatory! I don't eat at McDonald's anymore since I was treated so rudely in most of the the one's in Jacksonville, FL. Not to mention, they are a health department hazard! Mainly because unlike Asian restaurants no restaurant in Jacksonville is ever inspected by anyone from authority, to me! There have been numerous Asian restaurants shutdown, but not one fast food American owned Corporation, to my knowledge!

This has to be the cleanest and clearest communicating McDonald's I have been to since the pandemic.
The MOD was working the line, but kept everything flowing smoothly and our order was filled quickly and accurately, as it seemed everyone else's was too
When I talked to the manager, she was nice enough to take a few minutes and listen, even removing her gloves and preparing to replace them if needed. Then let her Team know straightaway, and they gave a collective thank you.
First time I've ever heard that from a fast food facility.
Very impressed and hopefully that team continues to grow together.

The mcds is usually always fresh and timely

I was getting hangry when I drove up. I was greeted by a very happy voice which turned my attitude around. The line was long but it was FAST. I was handed my food by another friendly person. The food was hot, fresh and correct. But it was the nice people doing their job that was the best.

On Tuesday Dec. 14th at approximately 4:00pm, my friend and I pulled up behind a vehicle at one of the drive thru's and waited as the guy in front of us honked his horn a few times to try to get someone's attention on the other side of the speaker. He finally gave up and drove off as others in the other drive through lane did as well. I got no response at the speaker and drove around to the first window which had nobody there. I drove up to the second window and saw that the lights were off except over the fryers and then two young men can walking up the one talking to me identified his self as the manager and explained that all of the other employees had walked out on him. I was so impressed by his calm handling of the situation that I felt the need to let his manager know what a responsible young man they have in their employment. He should go far in your company the others, apparently not. Great service should always be noted!

Best staff I have met at a McDonald’s

Everyone that I talk to always says they're real slow. I've gone and an ordered and got my food that a reasonable time and it was hot. The store may need to be clean a little better but sometimes when it gets real busy I guess they don't have time to do a thorough cleaning. I still give does McDonalds a 5-star rating.

I only go to McDonalds when my daughter wants a happy meal other than that the only thing I dare to eat at McDonalds is there FF & I will get a carmel frappe from time to time but, I quit eating this stuff a long time ago. This McDonalds was quick efficient courteous and my daughters food was hot and fresh

Best mcdonalds, food always fresh, professional staff

Good food and service. The atmosphere is very impressive with NASCAR memorabilia. I had breakfast and I did not care too much for the sausage gravy but everything else was very good.

McDonalds is my kind of place they serve you with a smile on their face.
They serve you the best french fries even though don't be surprised when you taste the rest that you can order you surely be completing your order with an apple turnover that's fresh and hot ...now you are ready for your Day to Begin..

Alacia Love and the night staff is the best Gwen the shift manager can run it with her eyes close and we do a great job !!! Come thru between the hours of 3pm to 11pm or 12am on the weekend and u can put a smile on your face with anything but the freshest food EVER!!
