They have also remodeled my bathroom which they did an awesome job on and have painted my living room as well. With each project the communication was excellent, job was completed in a timely and professional manner and results were everything I asked for.

Jeremy was very responsive and got back with me right away unlike many other contractors. They were extremely dedicated and trustworthy throughout the entire process. They completed a total bathroom remodel as well as some trim work in our house. We had a few issues arise with 60+ year old house but they were able to resolve them without a headache for us and not much added time. They cleaned up each day and made it a safe environment for our small children. I will be calling them to do a few more projects next year 😆. I have already recommended them to a few neighbors so I am sure we will see them around! Thank you guys!

Jeremy and his team were great to work with and did quality work. Jeremy did an awesome job communicating with me and my husband every step of the way, and he was very reliable at showing up when he said he would. He didn't BS us like other contractors did before. We had access to an online portal where we could see progress photos, communicate with Jeremy, and pay invoices, which was super helpful to have and alleviated the stress that comes with remodeling. Will definitely use them in the future if we ever need!

My experience with Larabell Home Services was a very pleasant one, Jeremy and his crew took away all the worries and stress of our bathroom remodel and made it a very piece full experience. They were very professional and started on time when they said they would. They were very respectful of our home and kept it as clean as possible during the project, and were very organized.

I will call Larabell Home Services. Jeremy, Pat, and James did an amazing job! Jeremy kept me informed every step of the way. I always knew where things stood with the project and what days and times they would be at my house. They cleaned up at the end of every day and treated my house like their own. Extremely respectful, worked around my schedule, and made sure everything was perfect! They cleaned up each day so there weren't tools and garbage laying around my house at the end of the day.

They do pretty good work. Randy did an excellent job on our bathroom. Just make sure the owner signs off on what the salesperson said would happen and what is included or not at the start of the project. If an issue arises they do a fair job of meeting in the middle and or just course correcting on their side if that is what the situation calls for.

They changed their name but that didn't change anything with my hiring him. The first service I paid Denny for was on 12/13/22. He replaced a rocker switch and turned a plug right side up. He also fixed a closet door that was messed up and it's still messed up but I can open it now anyway. The second time I called Denny in February 2023 was to put in a wall heater that I told him I can order with a Veterans 10% discount at Lowes or Home Depot, plus any parts he needed but he took it upon himself to do his ordering through Amazon. No discount for me there. I told him what I wanted, which was the thermostat-controlled unit and he ordered and installed the wrong one. That had to be taken down and returned for which he told me he had to charge me for the showing up ($100.00 each time he told me, so Kimberly in Westland was lucky) and for gas and time for the returning to Amazon and for his trips to my house, to Lowes, etc. This shouldn't have been my problem, but he didn't inform me of those fees until his job was complete, and you can believe me here when I tell you I was looking forward to getting this job completed. I showed him where I wanted it under a window but he didn't center it and had to take it down to try again. Try being the operative word because it's still not centered but it's better than his first attempt. He used a bright, but dirty (and I suspect used) yellow hose to hook the gas line to the heater that will catch your eye for sure. I was charged, (or not charged) for a few things but I never received a full itemized bill. They suggested a cash price would qualify for a discount but nope. didn't see that. I was told the total price would have been this much, but he discounted that but then this added to it and whoa, what? yet he nor Heather couldn't/wouldn't get me a bill that actually told me what I paid him for. I still wonder what happened to the money I paid for an extended warranty which was on the first unit but not on the second unit so that should have been a credit to my bill, too. That wasn't anywhere on the questionable invoice they did finally email me that also didn't have any dates of service either. I needed the original receipt to register the wall unit and I couldn't even get that due to him ordering several other items from Amazon with my order, that was his reason anyway. Uh, duh! That only added to the confusion, my friends, and made it harder on me than it should have been. Oh, and on one occasion he stopped by at dark time, unexpectedly, to have a look at the wall heater just to see if it's working (?), and later told me he didn't charge me for that trip. (Look of shock here for why would he have!) I don't understand why he kept the original screws that came with the wall heater and used some he had in his bag, and he also took (I gave him) about a 10ft gas lead pipe I had from a previous install. Well, it's done & over and we all moved on....sorta. Seems there's always a little more. As even the invoice isn't accurate on details! It's those details that really matter though. IMO And remember, I didn't believe he'd charge me for his mistake on ordering the wrong unit in the first place and then Heather implies it was a decision on my part. WHAAT? Like anyone else, I hate when anyone fabricates an untruth to suit themselves, but hey, let's just call it what it is...a lie.

We hired LHS services to remodel our full bathroom. In our contract we signed, they stated they would remove the old tile and replace with the old. Instead, they put the new tile on top of the old tile, did not remove the vanity when that was also included and caused a uneven balance to the entrance of our bathroom. They cut the door which ended up damaging the door without my permission. I would not recommend this business do to their unprofessionalism, lying and breaking of their contract.
