We just had the most humbling experience, with two of the employees helped us navigate through returning an online order. It was the execution but also the human experience.

Long story short, we ordered an amazing used keyboard from another store in Kansas. The condition was supposed to be excellent, but the screen was scratched all over and even worse it was the wrong model. And to top it off, it did not turn on.

Anyways, can’t wait to come back here for a purchase at any point.

Awesome place to go window shop and fantasize about owning the best guitars. the staff is always nice and accommodating they allow you to test out different equipment and guitars. There are always pics sitting around and the guitars are turned. Last time I was there it was slow and a couple guys sat down and we had a little blues jam. Just proof positive they're not just salesman they love music and it shows!

Great experience buying a guitar for the first time here! Seller gave us a lot of extras free of charge that were not part of the sale. Overall impressed including with the valuable advice leading to the purchase.

Guitar Center has helpful and knowledgeable staff who can usually answer most questions posed to them. Often, they are musicians who have many years of experience to share. I have used their on-site technician to restring and setup an acoustic guitar as well as a bass guitar and have been pleased with the results. It is not uncommon to see used gear of all kinds which can be a great way to save some money. I picked up a small Fender bass amp for practice and was pleased with my purchase. Their website is also helpful and can save you some time in the store if you identify your purchase ahead of time. They also offer music lessons at a very reasonable rate. Most notably, being able to actually PLAY and listen to an instrument (or effects pedal, amp, etc.) before purchase is invaluable and in my opinion will continue to help support this “brick and mortar” chain of stores. Be sure to check other pricing elsewhere since Guitar Center does offer price matching for identical items!

The staff is always so kind and helpful. I wasn't able to find the product I was looking for in the store, so they helped me get it shipped directly to my house, and it arrived right in time!

My son recently took drum lessons at the Canton location with Jeremy. This was our first experience with private lessons and Jeremy was wonderful! My son had nothing but great things to say about him and how nice he was. Looking forward to booking more lessons soon!

Got myfirst electric guitar here. The Husband surprised me with buying a guitar that I could pick out for our anniversary! The sales person was very helpful and gave us the pros and cons of the pieces I was interested in, which really helped in choosing the right one for me. I'm fairly new to playing the guitar and didn't want to buy 'too much' guitar. She also helped me choose everything I needed to go with it.. It was a great experience. Ignore the gorilla onesie, I was pretend jamming.

The Guitar Center is the only place I shop for my gear. As a multi instrumentalist, producer song writer/Artist I spend quite a bit of money here. Helpful and knowledgeable and when it comes to the younger generation getting into music they need a place to go to feel the energy! To see first hand! To touch, feel and hear the instruments! No online music store can give that. I drive an hour and a half to get there and if I am on the road that's where I stop to feel like a kid again! Thank You Guitar Center! Holland Finch

I came to check out the keyboards, and it was great to be able to play so many of them. I ordered one of the keyboards that was online, and the shipping was just 18 bucks; on eBay you might be looking at over $100 for something that size.

Sales person was very helpful and knew his stuff. Bought a Yamaha Previa floor model for a steal-of a deal. Also get all my other pro-audio gear, cables, mics, and of course bass guitar gear here too. Help from actual humans is great when buying musical gear. Robots have no sense of feel...

As you know there are very few music stores to go to anymore. This was my 1st time at this store and I was very pleased with the service. Eric was a huge help in finding me my 1st acoustic guitar. They were a little low on inventory due to Covid-19. I was still able to find something I liked in my budget. It sure looked like they had plenty of electric guitars. I would definitely recommend this store to a friend.

I came to this Guitar Center for lessons that my lady got me. The staff has been super cool and easy to work with. The teachers they have are all super kind and rewarding. Great experience overall.

Update. Want to thank Dani and Joey at the Canton store on Ford road. Their help was exceptional. Dani helped me locate a guitar I'd been looking for since April. And Joey did did a great job of packing it. Really outstanding knowledge and service. Raise their pay or give them a bonus.

Came in today as a nervous novice guitar player with minimal knowledge, left a happy customer! The deals are extremely good; I originally came in for a specific guitar and ended up leaving with my dream guitar at an affordable price. The employees are helpful and make sure you get the best equipment for your budget.
