I won’t take my car anywhere else. Service is always efficient and Juan and his team are very friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain necessary repairs and offer HONEST recommendations. I get my oil changes and breaks done at Meineke and I am never disappointed. I always appreciate their transparency and quality of service. I highly recommend Meineke for anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto care.

Provide a detailed car inspection with explanations and photos of what car needs regardless of service you came in for. Inspection is emailed to you for reference. Estimate of each repair provided. Technicians and front staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Understand your budget and don’t pressure you. Take their time with getting the job done right

I highly recommend Meineke in Glassboro NJ. Juan was very pleasant and knew what needed to be done to repair my exhaust system. He was honest and fair. He gave a free estimate and the mechanic performed the repairs quickly and efficiently. It's nice to go to a service center where I can trust the people who work there.

Excellent service. I was having an issue with my brakes, but after the thorough inspection by my service technician it appeared I had a lot more going wrong than just my brakes. Not only did they fix my brakes, but pretty much everything in the front end of my by E350 Mercedes-Benz. And now the ride is just as smooth as the first I bought it.

I bought my self a newer car. Totally updated from my older one. I couldn’t get my lights to work, I thought something broke. I went to the first place I could get in fast. I needed head lights!!! Left my car there for them to fix early the next morning. Here I had the light switch on wrong. But they saw that right away, but still checked it all out anyway and charged me $0 !! They sure could have lied to me and got away with it!!! But they didn’t! My husband and I will always go there!

There is no other place I’d take my cars for service. Juan and his team are very professional precise and take care of your car. The prices are more than fair as a recent comparison of work from a dealership was cheaper by a great deal and the work was done right and the car runs better than ever. I cannot say how much I throw support as I know work is quality - management is outstanding and it is a family owned business. Trusting a mechanic as a woman can be difficult - I put all my trust in Meineke -Glassboro; Turnersville and Vineland . Thank you for being trustworthy!

Just wanted to say I appreciate Juan and his team. I had my car in for what looked like a battery and alternator repair. After installing the battery, they reran the alternator test and said that it was fine and didn’t need replacing. Many other places would have upsold the job and replaced the alternator anyway. When I find honest tradesmen, I stick with them regardless of price. Thanks again!

Repairs were done fast. Called and discussed what needed to be done before doing any work. Texted and emailed to let me know work was completed. Very happy with the whole process and would recommend!!! Juan the Manager was very nice and explained everything.

Best car service place I ever serviced any of my vehicles I ever had. The service staff people are so nice and welcoming. There is no pressure on any other services they may think is needed like other service places do. You get a brief summary emailed stating the service that they did and things that may be necessary when it's convenient to you. I recommend meineke services to anyone who wants great customer experience.
