Just had the second fairly major repair on my car completed at this location and everyone has been super friendly, they have been very helpful in answering any questions I've had, and the price was better than what I was quoted from a number of other garages in town. I also love that everything is under at least a one year warranty and some even for two!

These Firestone employees provided amazing service! While visiting family in Georgia, 800 miles from home, my car began struggling, experiencing high RPMs and displaying an engine code. A previous shop had confirmed it was a cylinder misfire. I then arrived at Firestone around 5pm on Saturday hopeful the problem could be handled so I could return to Texas the following morning as I had a Monday morning deadline. Although late in the day, your staff and mechanic worked diligently to make the repair and enable my travel home on Sunday. The car performed perfectly and our trip home was safe and timely. Kudos and many thanks for a job well done!! Service above and beyond!

Had brakes and rotors replace on my Honda mini van along with an oil change and filter replacements. Great service, helpful staff, and had me in and out in 2 hours. Driving great! Thank you!

Very friendly customer service. They managed to squeeze me in between other appointments and diagnose and fix my car the same day, even staying after closing time. This was above and beyond my expectations!

The staff was very friendly. I only went in with the intention of a flat repair, but my tire was shredded and I needed a new tire. The front office staff did an amazing job explaining this to me and explaining any costs associated with the new tire. Overall, it was a great experience!

Firestone fixed my flat tire quickly and at a reasonable price. While they were doing it, I had them rotate my tires as I change my own oil. I was lucky and got it at a promotional price, though the regular price is also very reasonable.

This was only my second time to Firestone. I don't recall why I went there previously, it was many years ago, but I do recall that one of the mechanics really went out of his way to help me, beyond just fixing something. Great experience.

The girl at the front desk is so welcoming and helpful. She gets you in and out. They close at the same time I get off and they waited ten extra minutes for me to get there. Very efficient work.

While traveling through Georgia back home, I ran over a piece of metal that got in my tire. I came into this
Firestone store about 15 minutes before they were closing. The manager could not have been any nicer, she got my car fixed and had me back on the road within 30 minutes.

Everyone I interacted with was very kind and very helpful. They had the best price for the tires I wanted and the tires only took two days to get delivered (because I called on a Saturday evening). It only took a little over an hour to do the work. 10/10 recommend.

I love my car again! I came in for an alignment and tyres, and ended up needing brake work. It wasn't cheap, but my car drives so much better now that the cost doesn't hurt as much. The folks at this location really know what they're doing, and they are under great leadership.
