Our car needed several services...new battery, wheel alignment, oil and lube. This was accomplished in a few hours along with a detailed inspection of all the vehicle systems. The inspection was thorough and included a report backed up by photos of the areas examined. The staff is friendly and professional...great job.

My first time using them for evaluation and major repairs.

Long time customer here. Do regular maintenance there. Discovered oil leak on weekend. Called Monday 1st thing & was told by Barry to bring it in ASAP. Upon arrival, I dealt with Eddie. Was worried it could be a leak in some far-flung place that would be cost prohibitive. Eddie called with news that it was the gasket on the drain plug that was leaking. They replaced the gasket and filled with new oil, then ran my car under pressure & found no more leakage. They said since it was basically an oil change, no charge. Long time customer benefit? I didn’t argue. Their Honest-y is very much appreciated.

Great staff. Honest, very reasonable cost. Estimate was what the job cost. The work was performed and car was ready when they said it would. Did not recommend any unnecessary work. I will be bringing my car for any other work I need done.

Took my car in because of a rattling sound, Firestone down the street had quoted me a $3,100 repair on a car with only 40k miles on it, saying I need to replace the rack and pinion.

Took it to Honest-1 and they said it was just a loose bolt on the tie rod and all I need is an alignment. I almost cried I was so relieved, literally saved me thousands of dollars. Can’t say enough good things. Matt was very helpful, they got me in and out in no time. They even left a snack in my car.

These folks couldn’t be more like their name says - Honest-1! I came in with what I know is a new noise for me in the car, but unfortunately new ears don’t hear it. But I trust these pros. Why? Because they looked for a problem, the usual things that could cause the noise and came to the conclusion that nothing mechanical seems to be an issue. They offered a more than fair resolution, and I will be back to entrust my auto care to them.

Exceptionally helpful and quick. Able to get me in next day when needed in an pinch and went out of their way to make sure that everything was taken care of. Shelby is a delight to work with!

Had a surprisingly good experience with Honest-1. I'm skeptical of anything related to car repairs, but Barry definitely alleviated my concerns.

They charge a reasonable price for their diagnostic service and provide a detailed assessment via text/email. And they're super fast. Though, I'm sure they're not always as fast as they were today; or, are they...?

I was told by a dealership that I needed a $1,400 "regular" service and given a length list of what needed to be done. I said no but allowed them to fix a recall issue. When they returned my car, I was informed I needed rear brakes ASAP. So, about $2k all in with the service.

With H-1s diagnostic it turns out I only needed brake fluid, and that my pads and rotors are fine.

Had the service done along with the brake fluid out the door for under$400 AND got my car back hours earlier than promised.

It's nice to be surprised by car repair folks. I'll probably update this as I get our other cars serviced here.

I had a great experience at Honest-1 Auto! When I arrived I was afraid there might be a long way time, but after I filled out the paperwork, my car was taken back right away! I was only there for emissions testing, but I was in and out in 15 minutes! The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. They even left a snack bag of goldfish in my car with a sticker of the shop's information!

I really enjoyed the vibe of this place; very clean and comfortable. At a little after 7 I walked in and was greeted by a beautiful and sweet woman. After the mechanic looked at my vehicle, the lady at the front explained in detail what could be the problem. I returned to my vehicle with an awesome snack inside my cup holder. Thank you! I recommend this place.

Fast, friendly and convenient! The waiting area is clean and it shows they put a lot of thought into providing great customer service.

Excellent service and results. I recently took my Porsche Macan, antique pickup truck, and mother’s Cadillac for service ranging from brakes and rotors to engine work and routine maintenance. The people are knowledgeable and friendly, and they did a great job with every car. I highly recommend!

Went here for my 30,000 mile service/check up and never going back to my dealership again. They did exactly what needed to be done, nothing more nothing less. They didn’t try to scam me or overcharge me like my dealership has done before. (Being a young woman car dealerships often try to pull one on us) The service was quick and efficient and they even upload pics as they inspect it with future recommendations all on file for you to view. They have a points rewards system that is also a really cool perk. Will be coming back for all my services!

I went there for an AC recharge and they discovered that my radiator hose was about to explode (see pic) Mechanics were very transparent and texted me updates with progress of the repairs which included pictures and even gave me a loaner car to use because the part I needed had to be shipped. Not the cheapest place to go, but certainly not overpriced and their work is top notch. You can get a 15 percent discount on service through Costco's auto care network if you have a Costco membership. Plus they have complementary snacks/beverages. 10 out of 10, will be going back again for sure.

Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I usually work on my own car, but had a backlog on my honeydew list. Mahan was able to confirm what i suspected gave me a quote and got the work done same day.
