Diesel Works

There are a lot of diesel shops to choose from in Dallas Fort Worth, and I did a lot of research on Diesel Works before I trusted them with over $10K in repairs on my 2016 Denali. The owner, Mark, was great to work with. This is the level of customer service we all expect from a family owned and operated small business. They did a great job communicating with me throughout the extensive repair process, they were very fair on their pricing for both parts & labor, and my truck is running better than it ever has in over 100K miles. Diesel Works might be over 30 minutes away from me, but it was well worth the drive. Should I ever have a need for any type of work on my 2016 Denali 2500HD then it's simply no question as to where I will be taking my truck. Thank you to all the staff at Diesel Works!

I highly recommend the team at Diesel Works. Some of the best in the DFW area. I had major issues with one of my diesel trucks and they took care of me and made sure I was back to work. As we all know, our trucks are our livelihood so I recommend getting a knowledgeable team to take care of any issues and maintenance. 5 stars! Great job guys and thank you again. Finally had an issue on my truck I didn't have the time or tools to do at home. Luckily, I found Diesel Works. The staff are highly professional and the quality of their work goes to match. I will definitely be coming back for any of my future repair needs. Thank you and great job guys!

First time using Diesel Works today. Walked in without an appointment and was immediately greeted by friendly staff who said they could knock out changing my fuel filters right away. Less than hour later, I was out the door with some DW swag and they also offer a 10% veterans discount that I didn't even ask for. He just happened to notice by my card. I will definitely be using Diesel Works for future service.

Brought a truck in for a pre-purchase inspection. Although I didn’t get the news I necessarily wanted, I was able to make an informed decision not to buy the truck. Huge thank you to Mark behind the desk that got me in immediately and the tech (can’t remember his name) that meticulously went over every square inch of that truck to find the issues. They potentially saved me from purchasing a $30k truck that needed $10-20k worth of work. I will 100% bring my diesel vehicles here for inspection and service again!

The people were very nice and my truck was serviced very fast. Oil, filters, tire rotation and computer reset. Nice atmosphere and quiet while I was waiting. Great sense of humor, too. Very reasonable.

Took my 2021 F-250 King Ranch FX4 for an alignment and got it back in a short time. Drives perfectly straight and my steering wheel is now straight as well. The owner went over and explained everything before I left. Will definitely take my business back to them. Thank you for your professionalism.

I would highly recommend Diesel Works for all your Diesel truck repairs. I took my truck in for transmission replacement and other repairs. Mark went thru all my options and recommendations and once I gave him the go ahead they got my truck fixed in timely manner. They are my go to now for all of my Diesel truck repairs and maintenance

Great experience! Went in to get the DCR pump from them, only purchased cause I do all my work myself, but seemed very organized and would definitely feel comfortable getting work done here!

10 out of 10 recommend every time! I LOVE! LOVEE my jeep and want to shout it from the rooftop!! In March, I got T-Boned by a drunk driver and didn't think I would ever get to drive my jeep again. Mark has gone above and beyond to get my jeep back in my hands and to make it better than ever. His outstanding creativity, awesome ownership and insane work ethic with this company has provided me not only to have my jeep back in my hands - which I thought would NEVER happen again - but also upgrading it to my dream vehicle and I could not be more gracious and thankful!! Thank you Mark and all of Diesel Works for my one of a kind, once in a life time jeep. You guys are fantastic. :)

Had to get head gaskets done on my 2015 Duramax and gave Diesel Works a shot. Could not have been happier with the service Mark the owner provided along with his staff also. He suggested some other work to do since we were already at a certain stage in the repair process. So far so good as my truck is back and running great. These guys have earned all my future business definitely from now on. Highly recommend Diesel Works. Thanks for the great work Mark.

Truck was taken in for alignment, they found boost leak, informed me, gave me the options, I gave the 👍 for fix, they took the time to pull part, bring it out and show me exactly what happened while explaining the likely cause and answering all questions then replaced the hose and clamps with a spare they had around the shop.
I am a first time diesel owner. These people treated me with tons of respect, answered all my newbie questions without making me feel dumb(not easy to do, bc I am quite dumb when it comes to Cummins/diesels), and completely took care of me.
So often shops do good work but have very poor customer service.. That was absolutely not my experience at Diesel Works. If you are new to diesels or even a long time owner, I would highly suggest you at least give these people a call. Fast service, great work, AMAZING customer service.

I’ve taken multiple trucks to Diesel Works. They are very helpful and stand behind work. Would recommend to everyone, go to these guys for all you truck needs.

Always a great experience @ Diesel Works. While appointments are preferred, they still accept walk-ins. FAMILY owned business where Members of the Family actually work the floor Daily, along with some of the best diesel mechanics in the Northern TX area. Highly recommend!

Can't say enough good things about Mark and Crystal. They've done 3 of our trucks so far ; 6.7 cummins, Lb7 duramax and our LML. These guys are worth the money for sure not a cheap shop but may be the best at what they do! You'll get what you pay for. Thank you guys.

Mark and crew are good, honest folks and do solid work. Communication is great and work was done on time, as promised. Couldn't recommend more for suspension work.

Mark, his Co Workers and Mechanics at Diesel Works were the Best getting our vehicle up and running. They kept us apprised of all the issues needing to be fixed to confirm approval . Without a doubt the Best Diesel Mechanic shop we have been too. Their customer service was Amazing. Their prices were within what we expected to spend. I cannot express enough how satisfied we are with Diesel Works. They provide warranty on their products and labor. One other Diesel Mechanic has worked on this vehicle- would never go back to that shop as Diesel Works corrected some issues their mechanics caused which cost us 3 times what Diesel Works did. Kudos to Mark and his team for getting our vehicle back on track. Returning customers if needed to Diesel Works.

My second visit to Diesel Works yesterday. BOTH visits were met with a great and respectful staff. Explanation of repairs was very appreciative. If I need to, I will take my truck to them again.

Great place to take your diesel. I drove in on Wednesday afternoon, was told they were 3 weeks out but a mechanic came and did a visual on my truck. Said he could knock it out quickly and did so. Found both wheel bearings gone, rotors jacked etc. Would definitely recommend Diesel Works
