The lady Jennifer that did my taxes was very nice n polite n very helpful. She told me what she needed me to bring n she has done my taxes before. Everyone is always nice n polite n helpful when u call or stop out there. I gave her my information on the phone last night n she had it ready for me to come in and signed the papers today it took me about maybe 5 minutes n I was done.

The gentleman Gary that did my taxes at the St.Johns location was very helpful in educating me on my 1099 and what receipts and things to save for next year. really enjoyed our appointment and i will defiantly return next year
