RTL Automotive Repair

I haven't gotten my car fixed yet, but am I extremely confident that I will be happy with the results. The caring staff members stayed after hours to inspect my car, explained everything to me in words I could understand (I am not savy with cars), and even gave me a ride home 30 minutes away. I am not surprised this business already has 5 star reviews. Go RTL Auto Repair!!

Dropped it off before the holidays, they were able to squeeze me in. A Chevy dealer told me I needed a new engine (for 5k) because of a leaky head gasket. Because it just happened and couldn't be that severe, I took it here on my Dad's recommendation.

After tearing it down RTL discovered that the engine was fine. They sent the head out for examination/milling and there was no warping or cracking. So a new head gasket seal & some labor and we are back in business. Saved me 3k dollars! Will definitely make the drive back here if I need repairs in the future.

Our family has taken cars to Rick at RTL for probably 20 years. Rick is like an encyclopedia for car trivia. He has always been extremely fair and honest with us, offering lower cost options to expensive repairs. I know that I will get accurate information and the best value from Rick. The used car inspection for $35 is absolutely invaluable. I recommend RTL regularly!

Hard to find a shop with a pipe bender to do custom exhaust anymore. Did a great job on my daughter's van for a very good price!

After taking my Lincoln to get a radiator swapped out I get it back and notice a transmission line leak that was not there before and take it back they adjust a fitting and then to take it back home to have the next day a crack in the line and a leak in the fitting again I order lines from online after them making me wait 2 weeks because of them being busy to have them fix what was broke I get a call back saying the lines I provided are wrong and they want to make me wait another 2 weeks because of it? Really? Makes sense as to why your tech went out of his way to say he check the lines and they where fine before I left. That should have been a non issue since it was the radiator that needed to get fixed then to have this mysteriously pop up and then act like nothing happen and then I give you then benefit of the doubt and you throw me back in the back of the line again for service when you caused the issue? Not good service at all
