Michael Laurain knew his stuff. He was totally clear with excellent speaking patterns that were important to this hearing impaired guy. My taxes were quick and easy, and Mich helped boost my confidence with the tax situations i had. I will continue to be a yearly client.

My tax preparer Lisa McIntosh, (no relation) has a full range of knowledge, so you'll get the largest deduction (down to the last penny) so you'll receive the greatest refund.
This (2019) will be my 3rd year going to see her. I'm making sure I bring in all my receipts. From my experience, you can never be as smart, as someone that does this as a full time job.

Very pleased with the service, and I was surprised at the level of service. I always thought of Block as a company that did easier returns. I had an estate and corporate return and had been going to a CPA. A friend suggested trying Block Advisors. I did, and loved the service and paid less than I was being charged by the CPA. I am also considering a relocation and with Block advisors this would be easy to do. I don’t know why they don’t advertise more, I wished I would have been aware of this years ago.

The process was extremely fast. I faxed over one of my w2s and they got the process started. So when i came in the next day with my other w2 we were in and out in like 20 minutes.
