Mancinos is a delicious place to be. The brownies are decadent and gooey. The grinders come without mayonnaise. Our order has always been correct from here.

Needed to use the SOS tag renewal machine. No line. Used it on a Sunday...it's placed outside of the Sec of St office, inside the South Pt Mall. Easy to use! Just need your tag renewal form that's sent 2 you in the mail & cash or debit/credit card. Super quick!!

Mancinos pizza, Cancun Mexican, st. Vincent de paul, decent smoke shop, urgent care, biggby coffee, Asian buffet, driving test, secretary of state, Lansing Community College, state farm agent and a gas station. More shops I didn't mention because I don't frequent them..

Anything else you need is within a quarter mile

Outside needs some work. Parking lot is bad

Good place to go for just about anything you need and never too busy.

Great place for a tiny out of town plaza. Sec of state and other businesses here. Clearly other than downtown one of the busier areas in St John's.
