Had my first "visit" today and as I told the staff, wonderful. From the moment I walked in the door it felt so welcoming, everyone I spoke to was courteous and polite, and it's clear they are there for YOU, not just the paycheck (though I'm sure that's a major added bonus ;) I'm so glad that the first appointment, or office I chose since we moved here, seems to be a HUGE win. I highly recommend St. John's Internal Medicine!

Staff: The staff all listen to your concerns & work with you to address them. If you do have an issue and address it, it will be fixed quickly. I can recommend Lukas Veith.

Wait Times: You won't wait too long unless a patient is needing more one on one time, even then the wait is significantly less than other doctors offices. (10-20 minutes in the room, 0 time in the waiting room due to COVID precautions)

This is a very friendly, productive, doctors office that cares about their patients needs. The staff is very knowledgeable about their specific jobs. They have great PA's as well as doctors.

I use to love this place when Travis worked there. He was nice, seemed to care, was ALWAY helpful! But it’s gone downhill now that it is just Beal!! He is rude! Doesn’t listen! Acts like you are a bother and definitely doesn’t care!!! Been going here for over 4 years but not anymore!!

I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Beal to anyone or any family, went there for the first time and they couldn’t find some of my paperwork which I brought in altogether when I dropped it off. They had gotten medical records from other sources that I didn’t sign for and from places I hadn’t been to for years. Wanted to take me off medication that was not prescribed by my other family doctor, acted like I wasn’t mentally stable and on top of that thy wanted me to sign documents saying that I would take part in my medical treatment along side of them. Thankfully I didn’t sign and I got out of there!!!
