I am not going to waste your time writing about slot machines and winning- which I actually saw several people winning in the machines- ok- I am going to share how this large scale Casino has talented and friendly Chefs and team members. Just look at all of the CULINARY CREATIONS this takes TALENT AND CREATIVITY. I cannot wait to try them all and to visit during the grand opening of the new five star hotel!

I am not a casino person, but this casino is small. The staff was amazing and the food was wonderful. Our waiter Cameron was so impressive. He came out with waters and a little cup of lemons without us asking. They have a little shuttle there. Wanda was operating the shuttle, and she took us for a ride around the property and explained to us everything that was going on. Everything being said. I think the staff really enjoys their job.

My father adores this casino. But his favorite thing has to be the prime rib buffet on Saturdays. It's his go to for any special occasion where I am treating him.

Was here 30 minutes, hit this on $100 and got this amazing buffet! This is so far my favorite! I love they are expanding!

Dinner was delicious at the chophouse. The food was Devine and the service was great. I highly recommend for a nice date night.

This is my favorite casino in Michigan. The staff/supervisors in the table game area are friendly and eager to please. This casino is generous with perks unlike most others in the area. The food has been great everywhere we ate including the bar. It’s definitely our go to casino. Much nicer than Little River and more perks than Firekeepers.

Great place ! Super comfortable, clean. Staff is friendly and helpful! Parking is bigger! The restaurants is amazing ! The food pictures in my review is from CBK ! Coffee and Soda in the casino is totally free.

Go for the fresh crab and prime rib during their All-You-Can-Eat buffets on Friday and Sunday.

The staff is always really nice and the crab is DELECTABLE. Great value for what you pay.

Worth getting a loyalty card/players card to save a few bucks!

So after my last review I noticed that there were some changes to the buffet including hours and how to make it run smoother. I am happy to report I gave it a second chance and was very pleased with the changes. I went early so I got right in. Thank you for listening to what I said. I also won $200 playing slots so not a bad day off. The food was great and my server was very attentive. I can now say I would highly recommend them for dinner.

I love this casino! Great game selections. Lots of promotions and giveaways. The buffet has always had great food. The growth over the years has been fun to see. I'm excited to see the new hotel when it's done. Gun Lake Casino is doing a great job with Entertainment in West Michigan!

I have been 10 times in the past 2 months, and each time was perfect. Even if I didn't win, I still had a great time. Very clean and organized. Great food and beverages! Wait staff, great! Very good casino to visit if your out the way. I came all the way from Detroit!

This was our first time going. We really enjoyed our time. The bar staff was nice. Everyone was smiling and having a good time. We ate a Schode and the food was amazing! Our server, Kimone, did a great job. We will definitely be back.
We came back today. Super fun and we grabbed lunch and cookies on the go!

They are building a new motel there. They're also putting in an adult pool. You can swim up to the bar from what I hear. The photo is a picture of the new swimming pool area that is being built.

We were in the area and decided to stop at Gun Lake Casino. Enjoyed playing the slots and the biggest pay off was the buffet! The Alaskan King Crab legs were outstanding, along with a huge variety of fish and meats.

I have gone to Gun Lake a handful of times and always enjoy myself if it’s hitting a jackpot or being completely drained.

Gun Lake is going through a transformation with a new hotel being built so the game room is really crowded at the moment, which is to be expected under the circumstances. We love their buffet with all you can eat Crab Legs on Friday nights and Sundays. They have many different options and the quality of food is impressive.
The atmosphere is a lot of fun and the slot machines are loud and lively. 5 Stars !!!!

I've been coming to GLC since its inception. Food options were always excellent. I miss the Cafe that had awesome food and great prices, but with the latest addition I am loving the new games (slots) and the tables that have always been great. I've visited this casino somewhere around 500 times in the past 11 years. I am up as off the end of October 2023. What the bad reviewers mention about how slots didn't pay and they were so tight don't understand is that these machines have to be a randomn generated number driven payout. Meaning most of these machines have a RTP (return to player) of on average 97%. You can look up any slot in the facility and find the RTP and any other Info through the manufacturers website. Don't see.the manufacturer right away at a machine ask a floor person or an exec in a suit. They will help you to find info which can lead you to lower volatility higher RTP machines. I'm up $3.5k this year and it's because I'm lucky. You play long enough over a large enough sample size you will be profitable if you know when to walk away.

I love this casino. It's always clean and never met an unfriendly attendant, dealer, exec, or pit boss. I always tip dealers and slot attendants when I hit a handpay. Free coffee and soda and have some fun. Sportsbook is sweet. Can't wait for hotel, pool, and nightclub so they can start comping me rooms.

First time won't be the last. This place is huge. Lots of new machines and very clean. Main area smoke free . With a smoking section if you need to. Brewery and food. Didn't check out the main food area. they're building a huge hotel opening sometime in 2025. Don't know if any part is open right now. Sorry didn't think to take pictures.

My mom really wanted to visit a casino, so we chose Gun Lake Casino. My sisters, mom, niece, and her husband all enjoyed our time here. There are several cool slot machines, staff are nice, and the place is clean. Nice, free (indoor) parking garage, which is only a short walk. I will visit again!
