Fields has installed two units at our shop over the last year, and one of them ended up having a defective compressor. When we noticed the issue, he was there same day and got us up and running again! Great customer service, and great guys too!

Jeremy and his crew did such an amazing job! He had us scheduled on a Thursday and called us Monday and got us moved up to Tuesday because our air was out and it was extremely hot out! He was attentive and would recommend everyone to him!

Last week during the sub zero temps, our heat decided it was sick of the cold too and just gave up. Monday, Joe called Jeremy at Fields Heating and Cooling. He came the exact same day. My husband and I talked and decided we would just replace the entire system to prevent any further headache. Jeremy did not pressure us to replace the system and was willing to drive 45 minutes to get the parts we needed for our old system. Jeremy ordered everything the same day. It came in Thursday and he and his crew had everything installed in about 4 hours. Talk about customer service! He was easy to work with, reasonably priced, and very timely♡ I wont use anyone else now!!

Jeremy and his team did a great job. They did exactly what we discussed and even went above and beyond to make sure the issues we had with our old HVAC system didn't become an issue again. Prompt, in and out with as little disruption as possible, and affordable. My air conditioning unit decided now was the time to have issues. The original company that I called could not help. I called Jeremy and he was very quick to make arrangements to come the next day. Jeremy and his crew were amazing.

Amazing and very professional. I had 2 outside AC Units installed and Return ductwork added above the furnaces. Jeremy and his crew were Awesome, I highly recommend if you have new units or just need service. the craftsmanship and attention to detail really stood out. His pride in his and his crew's work and the willingness to go that extra mile to make sure everything is running right and safe, really stands out!. The detail of work that they did was amazing. Jeremy and the guys from Fields heating and cooling did amazing work. Came out the first day I called and were going to fix the issue but my wife and I decided to go ahead and install a new system. Jeremy had it order and installed within 3 day. Installation only took like 4-5 hours and was cleaned up when it was all done. Jeremy was thorough in explaining what was wrong and how the new system worked. Great group of people if you need any work done.

Jeremy Fields replied promptly & kindly answered all of my questions (new homeowner so I had a lot of questions). The price was fair & was true to the quote so there were no surprises. The work was completed promptly & we love our new HVAC system so much! All the workers were very respectful of our space & left our home as clean as it was when they arrived. Did a complete heating & air upgrade. Pricing was very comparable to other companies. Service is amazing, had an issue a few days after it was put in and he was very responsive to text and was back to resolve the issue same day. Had another issue due to factory installation of a part and was once again Jonny on the spot. Had trouble understanding my electric rebate information & he took the time to come back over and help me complete it. Also had him hook up a unit for my husband in his garage, he custom made ducting for the top blower portion and converted it to propane for us, and put the thermostat in.

Highly recommend! Jeremy and his team put in heating in our farmhouse that’s 100+ years old that previously had a boiler heat system! They are friendly, easy going ,and respectful no mess left behind 👍🏻

Jeremy and his crew are top notch! They provide fast service and are extremely knowledgeable. They won't try to rip you off by selling equipment you don't need, nor do they lure you in with false promises or "deals" on inflated prices. Either go with them first, or get a second opinion from them and then choose them.

Words cannot describe how amazing Jeremy and his team have been to us! Back in August 2023, we were having constant issues with our 20+ year old a/c unit in the middle of a heat wave. He came out the next day to diagnose/fix the current problem and give us various options for replacing the entire system. Within a week, they were installing a new system on a 90 degree day! When it was time to start the furnace, he worked us in his schedule to ensure the furnace worked prior to leaving for vacation the next day! Just recently they came to our rescue again when we abruptly had to switch over to propane after issues with the gas well. Cannot thank them enough for always working us into their schedule right away. Highly recommend and will proudly continue to display our yard sign!

Exceptional customer service! Very professional, knowledgeable, reliable, genuine, friendly, and trustworthy! When we bought our farmhouse, we had a wood burning stove and an old oil furnace. Now, thanks to Jeremy and crew, we have a new furnace and AC unit to keep us comfortable in all seasons! I called Fields heating and cooling at 11pm on a Tuesday. Our rental property tenants had let me know the furnace quit working. It was 11 degrees outside with colder temps on the way. Jeremy and his team were promptly on sight at 8am the next day.

They called me and told me exactly what the problem was after they diagnosed the issue. Told me exactly what it was going to cost and by 9am the furnace was back up and running.

When I received the bill for services I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of the call and how much they charged to get the heat up and running again.

Over the Thanksgiving weekend we experienced problems with our furnace, fortunately, I was able to baby it and keep it working until we could get it looked at on Monday. Fields Heating, Cooling and Home Services came and diagnosed the problem, checked the availability/cost of the part needed, and got back to me within hours. After discussing the situation with Jeremy (Fields) we decided to replace the furnace as it was roughly ten years old. Jeremy rearranged his work crew and was able to replace the furnace the next morning. I cannot say enough good things about this business and their work ethic. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends should you be in need of their services.
