Excellent service! Nice to have a small bank where everyone knows you. I rarely even go inside (maybe 6 times a year) but everytime I do they know me by name. When I was buying my house they were a great help even though I wasn’t purchasing through them. And their rewards program for their debit/credit card is awesome!

People with this Bank are very polite and very helpful.

Poor management decisions, putting a new teller in the drive-through that has no knowledge of how the system works. We did 10 minutes for a two minute transaction.

Horrible service!!! Went in to discuss a mortgage and I was there for 30 seconds. I wanted to discuss different loans and she said if you don't have 20% can't help you. She made me feel horrible about the whole process. Carol you're a dick.
