Sam was absolutely incredibly. They were so kind and so helpful. We’re noobs when it comes to playstation stuff and they were so understanding and patient with us. Anyone could tell that they are passionate about their job. I hope that next time I make the drive to Holland that they are working so I can see them again. They had the most welcoming and friendly energy. I was really really impressed. Sam if you see this, YOU ROCK THANK YOU ❤❤❤❤❤

After the new management and staff overhaul this is a great group of employees. Always very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information on the newest games. Very approachable and patient. I have a 4 year old and we are in there at least once a month, he loves to play with the items around. The employees are great at engaging him and considerate to him. Great place..... great attitudes.... great staff.

No problems. The only place in 100 mile search to have diablo three eternal collections. The guy there was super friendly and helped us find what we needed :)

I'm giving this place 5 stars, half because the person who walked in 15 minutes before closing doesn't seem to understand that within those 15 minutes, closing up is much more than just pulling down a gate and turning lights off. The other half is because I had a great experience.

See, sometimes you need to reorganize displays if they got messed up by customers.
You need to cash in your registers and make your deposits.
You need to clean up, throw out trash, reset the store for tomorrow, turn off all radios, televisions, speakers, etc and turn on the alarm and secure the building when you leave.
You need to punch out on time so that way your hours aren't messed up.
It's a easier said than done, and it takes a little time.
Their fault for going in 15 minutes until closing.

I was able to go in at 4:30 p.m. and do everything I needed to do and the staff was excellent. No complaints. I'm actually going back soon.

Nice clean and chill environment, gamestop has come along way from the stigma it had going from the last 10 years. The Pro account is the way to go and they always have specials that are hard to pass up.

This is my favorite gamestop in the area! Every interaction with their staff and managers are unrivaled! Always appreciate the warm smiles and nerdy conversations.

Get some new gear at a great price the pro membership is worth every penny highly recommended even if your only a weekend gamer
