I just moved closer to the area so I just started going to this specific McDonald's and the service was so good I had to make a review. The woman named Kalaysia was so helpful and understanding with me. I have a hard time speaking English and she waited patiently and was very understanding.

Very good as far as McDonalds restaurants go. The service was fast and friendly. Our order was accurate as well. The food tasted very fresh. The store itself was very clean, along with the restrooms (which was nice). There wasn't any wait, do we were able to go right up and order. The staff work very efficiently there. You are in and out in no time. We would definitely come back when we are in the area again

i had an amazing experience while getting my food at mcdonalds, the cashier named ka’laysia was so kind and understanding with me when i was choosing my order. she had a smile on her face the whole time i was deciding on my order🤍

This location is consistent in terms of customer service and food quality, and is my preferred location in the area. The drive-thru moves quickly and I've never had an incorrect order at this location.

This location is on point. Always clean, orders never been incorrect, staff is always professional and does there job with a smile. The obvious manager that’s always working when I happen to pick up a delivery order knows how to keep everybody and everything productive. On top of that she’s gorgeous. High five for the five stars!!!

A very clean and comfortable environment! The food was fast even with a birthday party 8n progress. Half of our soccer team came after a game and they handled it with ease! Let the kids play in the playland and enjoy a game on the dining room T.V. 's !

I've never gone to a McDonalds as an adult and had a pleasant experience, usually get old fries or soggy food, Over used condiments or negative attitudes from people who don't wanna be there. This was the complete opposite. I was in and out quick despite there being others. The lady at the counter was very kind and chipper and smiles. The man who brought out the food was kind and efficient. All around excellent experience. The Holland-sylvania location is just Tops.
Oh and this was done at 1025am morning crew.

I came through the drive thru. I only had $6. I ordered a fish sandwich and asked about the shamrock shake 🍀. She said they had them, so I ordered a small.
The price was more than I had, so I told her to cancel the shake.
I didn't catch her name, but she treated me to the shake!!! What a generous act of kindness for someone she didn't know on Valentine's Day!! Thank you!! 💚

Really nice play area for the kids, and the people were cheerful.

It's a Terrific place to visit when you want great food always hot and fresh as always although sometimes they have trouble getting your order wrong sometimes but they are patient and do eventually make it right by you so please make sure you explain you're order a little more slowly and clearly I believe it's the younger Employees that don't have the Experience the more experienced Employees have so please don't be discouraged in visiting McDonald's at least this one Sincerely Clay S. I took my grandma here because she loves the Caramel Frappes, she gets a large with an espresso shot and extra caramel drizzle. They did a good job with her coffee. And our food was good.

I drove to this McDonalds after my horrible service at the Reynolds road location. I was pleasantly surprised. The drive through was packed with cars, but it moved quickly and SHAMIR(beautiful girl) was so polite and friendly. Shamir apologized for the long line, and the wait. I told her that she should go over to Reynolds and teach them a thing or three about customer service. McDonalds I think you should reward the employees like Shamir, who go the extra mile, to keep customers coming back, without employees like that your company will crumble.

This McDonald's at exit 5 in Ottawa lake Michigan is our very favorite! I will go out of my way to come to this location. The staff is friendly and so quick! Never a long wait at the drive thru or in the lobby. My order is always hot and accurate. I highly recommend this restaurant over others!!

Drive thru at 8 pm Nov 4. Only 1 lane open due to the fact that only 2 employees working! In spite of a broken headset and a complicated order, everything was perfect! And SUPER fast! If I could tip these workers I would. Not their fault there was only 2 of them. They were awesome

We went here for my youngest daughter's birthday dinner. We ordered 5 meals to-go complete with shakes. It took a little time for the shakes because there was an issue with the machine, but they handled it quickly and efficiently. We ended up waiting quite some time for my oldest son's meal, because he ordered separately in order to get the largest size shake imaginable. That wasn't the restaurant's fault, but his. Even still the cashier that waited on me stopped and asked if we needed anything else (or if there was a problem). I took that as a plus. Usually I have to go to the counter and flag someone down at fast food places, so I was happy. We'll go again!

Must be made up of all new staff. They were trying hard, but being busy, they found themselves lacking. Also, it's not good to here someone in management telling these people if they hand over the wrong bag, it comes out of their pay. Instead of threatening them, how about better training before having them work a busy drive thru?? Shame.....

Mobile breakfast order. Was perfect I was last minute. And they had everything straw napkins ketchup. Thank you. Made my late morning.
