Health Express

I can’t say enough good things about this place and these people! My son has been sick for nearly 2 weeks… not COVID, not strep, no answers. I had an insurance issue, they figured it out! They gave an X-ray and breathing treatment on the spot. They were so kind and helpful and really took a lot of stress away… from the first woman you see when you walk in & everyone after, they’re amazing!

The doctor and Kristen, the student nurse practitioner were awesome. It was the end of the day and I'm sure they wanted to think about getting home. My leg is healing beautifully.

Awesome staff and great looking stitches! In and out in less than 30 minutes and my boss was shocked I was back quicker than if I went for lunch.

I had no wait to be seen. Can you believe that! Everyone was very friendly and professional. The temporary cast they put on could have been better. On the inside top they left a very rough edge. It cut into my skin. I used duck tape and an extra rap to protect against it.

They took great care of me. Dr & staff all very knowledgeable & friendly. They advised that go to the ER & I did. 1st time I ever walked into an ER.
BID in Plymouth also took good care of me & discharged me within hours. Know exactly how to proceed ♥🙏♥

I am glad you asked for my review! My experience with the Kingston, Massachusetts Health Express was extraordinary. They were professional, great listeners, and excellent communicators. At no time did I feel like I was being processed. To the contrary, I was made to feel like there was no one more important. My entire opinion of medical clinics such as Health Express changed in one visit. Cannot thank the staff enough. Highly recommend!

My visit was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I am now on the mend and have found relief from the itching and infection brought on by my exposure to what I believe was poison ivy . Thank you so much!

Excellent service!! Everyone was so nice and took my husband right in, he has a broken wrist, x rays were taken right away and they put his wrist in a soft brace until he could see an orthopedic doctor. Wonderful experience!

I was having chills and didn’t know the source of the problem. I went to the facility, which is about 5 miles from me,. I was tested for Covid and the flu and I also gave a urine sample. The doctor saw me shortly there after and said I didn’t have Covid or the flu, but I had a urinary tract infection, which was worse.

Immediately put me on an IV for about an hour and gave me a prescription for pills.

The people could not have been nicer and they seemed quite interested in helping an old man get well.

Quick, convenient and high quality. The front desk staff were pleasant and Dr fisher was great. We were in and out in under 20 minutes.

Went in for some stitches after getting sliced up pretty bad. Was seen almost immediately. After 3 rows of stitching I was good as new. I have had several surgeries and have been to countless medical facilities in the past and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. The staff was A+ and the job the doc did on these stitches.. I walked out feeling like I just witnessed a magic show. Incredible work!

Best care I’ve gotten in a long time!
It was clean, efficient and I feel like they explained my issue to me very well and most important I walked in with pain and left feeling much better.

I came in on a Wednesday afternoon For wheezing in chest congestion. I sat down for about two minutes after I registered they put me in a room, The nurse came in promptly, took my vitals, and was followed by the provider who was lovely patient and really took her time listening to my lungs. She gave me a breathing treatment, meds, and I was on my way. I was probably there for about 37 minutes total.

Ben made a scary situation more comfortable for me. i'm only 12, but he didn't treat me like a baby and explained everything really carefully to me. I felt like I was in good hands with Ben. - Charlie (12)

Was a great experience! Quick and efficient. Diagnosed my daughter's ailment so she was well enough to attend a birthday party the next day.

I have been there 3 time's, in the last year or so.!! I have had outstanding success with the practice.!! I am not a S.S.Health patient.. I go to the Brigham in Plymouth!

Wonderful experience, in and out quickly on a holiday is unheard of. Young lady at the desk helpful and kind. Great place all around.

Went in with bad cough, headache, feeling tired and rundown. After x-rays and EKG and being sent by the doctor was diagnosed with viral infection and irregular heart beat. After a few days of medication I feel a lot better. My wife used Health Express also. We both highly recommend their health service.

My experience was quick and pleasant. Everyone who I dealt with was courteous and friendly. My reason for going was dealt with and I wouldn't hesitate going back again.
