Evviva Trattoria Hanover

I recently had lunch at Evviva Trattoria in Hanover, Massachusetts, and it was a fantastic experience. We were seated immediately, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The fried ravioli appetizer was delightful, and the chicken parmigiana sandwiches were some of the best I've ever had. Parking was hassle-free. With its casual atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food, we highly recommend Evviva Trattoria.

Showed up a little before 6 tonight and only had a 15 min wait on a Friday. I’ll take that any day. We had Martina as our waitress and she was awesome. I even told her so at the end of our service. We got the Italian Street fries, I had the lasagna and my boyfriend had the chicken Parm. We ordered the flourless chocolate cake to go. Atmosphere was awesome. Service was nothing but the best can’t wait to go back.

Our server Andrew always brings a beautiful smile, a charming positive attitude, and best of all, an AMAZING plate of food! I recommend to request him as a server on your next visit, you’ll have a great experience. I gave him a nice big tip in 2 different ways.

This place is a very nice casual dining restaurant. After being told it would be a 45 minute wait at 110 Grill the family and I walked across the parking lot to Evviva and were seated immediately. We ordered the calamari and farm house pizza, both were fantastic. The beer list is extensive and they have a nice outdoor patio with a large fire pit. A great place to visit if you're dining with kids.

Truly special experience out for dinner with family here. Food was delicious and outdoor atmosphere by the fire pit was really nice. Our server Viktoria was friendly, professional, and attentive. Great place!

I had lunch there a few days ago. I ordered the bolognese lasagna fritters and chicken Marsala, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. I had Kaila as a server and she was AMAZING. So knowledgeable in regards to the menu and she recommended the perfect meals for me. She was awesome. Will be returning again.

I have had the pleasure of hosting two events at Evviva. Both were showers, one a bridal and one a baby shower. What a treat it was to work with the amazing management team and staff. Both events went off flawlessly. The food was amazing, the wait staff was excellent, and Tom the manager went out of his way to make sure everything went well. The teams worked with us to make sure everything we needed was readily available. They gave us a lot of freedom with decorating and preparing for the event - even assuring that the font on the event menu matched the font on out invitations! The attention to detail for our gluten free, vegan, and nut free guests was outstanding. The room for events is cozy, charming, and very easy to navigate for customizing your event setting!! Outstanding!!!!

I grabbed lunch with a friend here recently and everything was perfect. The food and drinks were delicious! The service was awesome! We asked our waitress a ton of questions about menu items and she was super helpful and patient with us. We both loved our meals. Highly recommend and I cannot wait to go back! The entire experience was really great with wonderful service from the management level down. Thank you!

Andrew was a phenomenal waiter. Happy and bubbly personality and a very kind hearted kid. I got the hot honey wrap and it was amazing as always. Go see Andrew!

The Godfather burger is to die for! Top notch customer service. The general manager greeted us and had a good lengthy conversation ten minutes after being seating (great guy). Melissa the bartender was fast, efficient, and genuine. She will be a big reason that we turn from first time customers to long time customers.

Andrew was good server very professional, well understanding of my allergies and accommodated my needs and answered all my questions to the best of his abilities. I will sure be coming back. Andrew was the reason my experience was exceptional.

Brought my mom here for lunch because I’d had their pizza before and it was delicious. She got the short rib risotto and I got the polpette pizza. I’m already wishing we each got one to go! Food was incredible and our server Kaila couldn’t have given us a better experience. She was wonderful. Will be back very soon!

Went to Evviva for the first time last night. We had Ashleigh & Care as our bartenders. The service was 10/10 they were attentive & met all our needs. We had the lasagna fritter as the appetizer & they were SOO good. We then finished off with one of the delicious pizzas! Then Ashley suggest the chocolate brownie martini because we didn’t want the whole dessert! It was fantastic! We will definitely be back!!! Thank you EVVIVA & staff for the new great spot!

Our bartender/server Melissa was outstanding. This was our first time at the location and the food was outstanding but our service was even better! Will definitely return.

My three friends and I were so glad we chose Evviva for our dinner tonight. We were seated promptly (early on a Monday) and were greeted warmly by our server Kat who was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We appreciated her suggestions about the menu and which items were shareable.
To start we got warm rolls and flavored oil and shared a salad (which they divided into individual portions).
We liked our entree choices of chicken piccata, chicken parm and pizza.
Overall we enjoyed our evening, especially due to the excellent service.
The only negative comment is about the stark layout of the restaurant. We all felt it was a little too cold feeling with all the metal high tops and only a few booths. We’d like to return sometime and to have a drink at the outside fire pit.

My servers name was Hanna. She offered me and my group great service! I had a 10/10 experience. I will be coming back here.

We came for lunch on Friday around 1pm. No wait. It was nice out so we sat by the propane fireplace outside. Food was amazing! We had the calamari and roasted harvest salad. Then brought home the brussel sprout pizza and the farmhouse pizza. They were both the die for! Not sure why this place is getting bad reviews. Might be growing pains from opening a new location but we were VERY happy with our meal and will be back! Also fyi there is a great local beer selection!
