They are absolutely wonderful here. I was passing through town on my way to an important meeting when I got a screw in my tire and stopped to get it patched. I was very apprehensive about missing my meeting, but they got me in immediately and I was back on the road within 30 minutes and made it in time! They didn’t even charge me and they did an excellent job. Gene in particular was so incredibly kind, but they were all amazing and I’m so grateful to the whole Tire Outlet crew. The next time I pass through town, I want to stop just to thank them again in person just because of how amazing they were. I without hesitation recommend you go here for all of your automotive needs; they are kind, competent, and will take excellent care of you.

I went to tire outlet first when I had a nail in my tire, they serviced the tire and found the nail didn't go all the way through, easily could’ve charged me but were honest and said I was good to go. Same thing happened a couple weeks later and this time they patched my tire from the hole but really inexpensively. Jesse is a great store manager who is fair and competitively prices the services and tires while making it an easy experience. I just went back because of my previous experiences and put 4 new tires on both of my vehicles, alignments, brake fluid flushes, and they fixed one of my ball joints, they had me in and out for both cars before the afternoon and were a pleasure to work with, Thank you Jesse and the team for making it such an easy process!

The staff was very friendly and informative. The service was done in a timely manner and also their pricing was reasonable. Mr Jesse Rivera, the store manager, was very helpful and always prompt to see how he can help you get the job done.

I had a great experience! The guy that did my oil change, William, was fantastic. He was very kind, thorough, knowledgable, and quick. The manager, Jesse, was super nice and made me feel very welcome. I will definitely be back!

Great tire store. They can easily handle 5th wheel RV 14 ply tire replacements, up to 16 ply he said. Good price on tires and work. This morning I took our 35 foot Montana fiver there to get two tires on the rear axle replaced. Plenty of room in the parking lot to maneuver the rig. I pulled in at 10:00 AM (appointment) and was done and pulling out just before 11:00 AM! The young man doing the work knew exactly what he was doing and how to do it quickly and professionally. I was very impressed! Very friendly. They will definitely get my business from now on. I highly recommend the Tire Outlet!

The experience was great. The staff was friendly and experienced and it did not take too long to service the car. Comparing to the other places I have been in and, they were a lot more busier. Will gladly be back here again for other services as needed.

My car has over 110k miles and needed a little work that other mechanics avoided. Jesse and his team are great, they got me all set with new struts and shocks, flushed the coolant and brake fluid, even found the problem with the CV axel assembly, all in just a day, gave me every coupon they could to help me out, and my car is driving like new! I finally have a great mechanic here in Palm Coast. Won't go anywhere else!

I want to thanks the Salesperson Mr RIVERA and the mechanic that work on my vehicle I am so happy with the work he did ,I went to the shop because I hard a noise while I was driving and stop by the shop Mr River was so nice he immediately take time out to have one of his Mechanic, look what was wrong I waited and with in minutes he find what was wrong and went to work to fix the problem. I am so happy and grateful for the great work they done at their shop I would recommend them to anyone that need their car to be fixed I know for sure they really have High qualification and a wide knowledge on how to fix vehicles . This is my second time going there for them to work on my vehicles . And I am impressed with the service they provided everyone so respectful and kind ,

Great new facility with a friendly and knowledgeable team. I went here for a couple of replacement tires and an alignment, and their process of communication throughout the whole procedure is top notch. I was aware of exactly what they were doing because they were in touch via text message. I appreciate that.

Great work on the tires…and upon picking up, I found out they also offer services for vehicles. Sold! So I will be taking the car here for the next service. Prices cannot be beat! I expect the service process will be just as seamless. I highly recommend this new business. Attention to detail is very important to me, and they definitely have that.

Had that service, and as I suspected, no issues whatsoever. Half the price of the Dodge dealership, quality work, great staff (Robert and Jesse), clean waiting area, you get the picture. If you’re looking for a no B.S. place to take your vehicle, I highly recommend this place.

So far so good. Fast service, professional staff that not only do great work but don’t just want to take your money like most places these days. Every time I stop by they take care of me and my wife’s vehicles and I leave with a smile. Great job guys!

Came in for a blown tire and brake pads and couldn’t be happier with the results. I dealt with Robert H and he was an enormous help, walked me through everything and found coupons to get everything done at once. Robert kept me updated and even sent pictures of the car as they worked. I called multiple shops and this was by far the best price in the area, bonus that the staff is awesome. Amazing customer service and experience, new customer for life.

Rob is an amazing person and store mgr. He made sure his team took great care of my jeep.

My new favorite go to. One was all it took for me to be hooked on Tire Outlet. Love the comfortable and kind atmosphere. They take their time to explain everything to me and are always honest about what’s in my best interest financially and safety wise. I also love the detailed vehicle reports with photos. My whole family are now loyal customers and I’m proud to refer such a great place to everyone.

Very satisfied with the service. Friendly, caring and understanding. I had to have my brake rotors and pads done and the pricing was reasonable and considerate. Assistant manager Robert was very nice and really took care of me. 10/10, would recommend. 😁

I made am appointment and was taken on time. The service manager Jesse Rivera was polite and helpful. I asked for an out the door tire price and that’s exactly what I received. The Palm Coast Tire Outlet store will be my go to place in the future. They were lower than Discount Tire for the exact same tire.

Came in for an oil change and it was a good experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I was in and out in about an hour. A coupon saved me some money, too. When I need tires, I will be giving Tire Outlet a chance to undercut Discount Tire. My only feedback would be that the tech reset my trip odometer to 0.0, however, I use the sticker on the windshield to track oil change intervals. I use the trip odometer to track my mpgs at every fill up. So by resetting it, I can't do that for this tank. Next time, I'll just know to ask for that to be left alone.

Great shop. Clean and organized facilities, friendly staff and a manager that will always find a way to satisfy the customer. Highly recommend.

I have had my oil changed here twice. Very good service and the price was great. My car takes 7.5qts of oil. I'm used to paying $100. This is the 2nd special I have gotten. Out the door $33. You can not beat that deal. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable.

While traveling over a holiday, my A/C out and engine light came on. I made an online appointment I brought my car in on a busy July 5th. While the problems were more extensive than anticipated, staff kept me updated throughout the repair process and returned my vehicle to me at the time promised. They also took care of communicating with my warranty company so I was only responsible for my deductible. While I don't live in the area, I would definitely use Tire Outlet in Palm Coast again if the need arose when visiting.
