I used this company to do an inspection report for one of my real estate clients. Everything went smoothly and the report was easy to understand. Best of all they were available to chat with us when we had questions! Would recommend them for all your HVAC needs if you are looking for an honest and reliable company.

Our central air unit had stopped cooling through the night and it’s a hot 95 degrees today. I called Blake at 8:15am he was at my house at 10:30. I was shocked he was able to work us in so quickly.

I gotta say I was worried he would try to talk me into replacing several parts to rack up money but he didn’t. He was super honest about what was wrong and replaced the part immediately. The only thing he asked was if we had a church and invited us to a firework show.

I’d definitely recommend Blake. He’s easy to talk to and down to earth. He’s making a name for himself as a kind, quick and hardworking person.

We are definitely considering signing up for his twice a year maintenance plan.

Blake and his father Tim are so special to us. They are extremely professional and responsive to calls. They have repaired our older unit with a motor fan at the spur of the moment in 95 degree heat. I can’t say enough about how they take care of our units, yes we have 2, and make sure everything works properly. I have used several other companies in the area in past years, and I can honestly say, these guys are top notch and over and beyond take care of our units and work out a plan to keep us cool 😎!!!! Thank them when you see them at your house. They truly care about you!

Wow! Just wow Blake is amazing! Our thermostat was stuck of 80, it was so hot out and in the house it felt even hotter, we couldn’t figure out the issue you and why it stop working and was stuck on such a high temp. We found Blake’s number and gave him a call, he showed up within an hour of me calling and he had everything fixed and back in working order in no time flat!
He was so sweet and professional! He seems extremely knowledgeable and good at his job!
