Gettin Crabby

The crabs, wings, and crab cake were excellent. I got a dozen large crabs for $84 ( about what they are in MD) asked for extra seasoning and got it. All the crabs full and delicious. The one "lite" crab was larger than a large, so still lots of meat just easier to clean. Wings are delicious. I got sauce on the side. My aunt had the crab cake with broccoli as a side. Generous portions. She said the crabcake was delicious. The wait staff and expediters worked as a team to care for us. Wonderful people. Can not wait to go back.

Best crabs I’ve had since living in Maryland!! We got the jumbo and they were worth every penny! Drove 40 min for them and can’t wait to come back!

Very good seafood! I had the snow crab, plantains and island rice.

My son had bacon wrapped scallop sandwich.

Was not crowded when we went.

The hostess I am horrible with names was amazing. She was friendly funny and very attentive. The food was great and the price was shocking low for all we ate. I definitely recommend this cool little place. The food is great and staff is amazing. It's nice to go out and interact with staff who enjoy thier job and banter with the customers.

Omg! What an amazing experience ! This is the first set of crab legs that I didn’t have to use too much violence on lol it was so perfectly cooked to perfection between the service and the food it was 10 starts. Husband said I was getting crabby so h took me here and didn’t disappoint

Absolutely come here if you are thinking about it. My wife and I have been trying the spots along US 1 lately and we finally got to Gettin Crabby and we no longer have to try any other place. The service was beyond wonderful and the food even more so it was so phenomenal. The food was cooked to perfection and was so good and flavorful. They care about what they serve and it shows. Down to the small things as well like the ranch was so good and the wings didn't even need the ranch they shined all on their own. I settled for broccoli as I wasn't in the mood for the other sides after I chose the plantains but let me tell you I am so glad I did. The broccoli was trying to outshine the main and it was close lol. The plantains were juicy amd cooked perfectly, most places they are dry and tough but these were heaven. The main was so good I was upset with myself for not being able to finish (recent diet smaller stomach) it was so good. I can not wait to go back for more they definitely earned repeat loyal customers.

My spouse and I were accommodated by the complimentary valet right away and stepped right in. The atmosphere is beachshack rustic, but it was comfortable and the waitstaff was prompt. She quickly came back with drinks (my alcoholic drink was poured with an even hand), and, after receiving some support exploring the menu, we started with the grilled oysters. Our waiter checked back with us soon and then our app came right out. My wife had the fried conch dinner and I chose the fried oysters. While the accompanying "boom-boom" sauce was heavy on the Mae Ploy sweet chili sauce base and wasn't the best accompaniment for the seafood, we both really enjoyed our dinners. Our waiter checked in regularly without being intrusive. We'll go back for certain.

Fantastic service. Wait staff was so friendly, food was exceptional! You are in for a down home experience where you are treated like family. From the time we walked in until we left Angela took great care of us. 10/10 experience

Have a fresh catch of the day. Love seafood, and they provide a great selection. Little pricey for the average person.
