John and his guys do 1 hell of a driveway I wanted a 2 inch binder paved and a 2 inch cap ,all the other company's I called said it wasn't possible to do same day and John made it happen and under the money of everyone else! His men were very professional and proficient even pointed out somethings I didn't have ready and took care of them for no extras something you don't see these days.Thank you John for a great driveway.

FCP was fabulous to work with at our office-very prompt with the quote. When it came time to fighting with the rain to so the tear out and put down the new blacktop they stayed I communication with any delays. We had a badly settled spot on the previous blacktop and they filled and leveled everything perfectly. Very happy and have reccomended them to several others already.

FCP was very professional and did a great job on our driveway. They were very helpful in coordinating with another contractor when our garage floor needed replacing. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t have been more pleased with them installing my new driveway. They took considerable care in all the prep work that was necessary and the rolling out with proper compaction to make sure that it had the correct amount of pitch, so there were no drainage issues. Turn out perfect.
This was most important to me to get done right and John delivered on that 100%.
If you want it done right the first time, go with FCP. You won’t regret it. Very professional and you get what you pay for with FCP.

We have been looking to add an RV pad for my parents house for a few years. We met FCP at the home show a few years back and finally decided on the best way to accomplish it. They did a Great Job, but since we decided on recycled asphalt fast forward a couple years and record rainfall it took a beating. They came back out and worked with us to both repair it and male it look much better. Today the work was done and could not be happier. We will definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

I would highly recommend FCP to anyone seeking asphalt or concrete work needing to be done. I just had a concrete porch and asphalt driveway completed by FCP, and it looks absolutely amazing! The customer service throughout this entire process has been nothing shy of excellent. John’s patience, understanding, and expertise really stood out when there were a lot of (some last minute) changes made by me during this project. He and his crew were very kind and courteous, ensuring that the property looked as though they were never even here. No mess, very professional...Timely, always keeping me in the loop as to what the plan was, a class act business. great people to work with, did a great job, very responsive to my abnormal requests and still the least expensive of the quotes i received. i have a 4 car wide driveway at different levels and the workers very carefully took their time and ensured perfect slopes for the correct run off and visually pleasing.

Absolutely top notch!!!!!

First off I have a large driveway (about 2000 sq ft for this job) and half was gravel and half was asphalt laid down over 20 years ago. I went into the project looking at doing a complete rip up and restart from the base on up.

I contacted 4 different companies for estimates. The initial quote and understanding of the project was a big first step for me. This was the first point Forest City really separated themselves from the others. John Pond came out to quote my driveway project and gave me a full explanation of what would be done and what I could expect. He measured and went over options with me on how I could go about this. I knew I might be considering an overlay instead based on my budget and they were the only company to measure the gravel I had already there to make sure there was enough to overlay. The gravel was not laid by me so I did not know the depth and had not checked prior. Of the 4 quotes I received Forest City was the 2nd lowest price (not by much). The quote received was detailed and explained the area to be paved and the steps that will be taken from prep to completion. None of the other quotes received came anywhere close to the detail I received about the project from Forest City.

I again contacted all 4 companies to get a quote on an overlay to meet my budget as I expected I may need to. 3 responded with a quote. Again Forest City was the second lowest (also again not by much). Again they separated themselves in my book with the quote itself which detailed exactly what would be done and what I could expect. There were only 2 companies I was considering at this point as I was not comfortable with the lack of explanation provided by the 3rd.

I contacted both of the companies again to get further clarification and had several questions. The other company did not respond until 2 days later but did answer my questions. John responded to my questions promptly throughout the course of one day and I had all the answers needed. By this point I had decided to go with Forest City.

I provided my down payment for the job and was put on the schedule. There was also a section of the driveway right by the garage door that was concrete that was badly cracked that I was going to be leaving alone for the time being. John offered to go over the area as well at no additional cost as this would look much better. He was upfront and honest with me that the cracks would return but they might not be as pronounced and would make the finished product look much nicer. I accepted. I was told it would be about 3 weeks before they would be out to do the job.

Fast forward 18 days and it was project day! John was there with his team before 7am to start. His foreman saw me standing outside watching as they got started and gave me a walkthrough of what the plan was and what I could expect. I did not want to bother them as they had a lot of work to do and my lingering around watching does not help. I was curious however so I would come out and watch at times but tried to keep out of their way. They had 6 workers doing the job and they were all very courteous and seemed to care about the work they were doing. They job is absolutely immaculate! The transitions from walkway to driveway is perfect as well as driveway to street and driveway to garage. They came out the day before and leveled everything out and cut out areas that needed new stone base laid so it would be an easy lay. Careful planning was used so that water would run off of the driveway and these areas were pointed out to me by his foreman before he started.

I will no longer need to figure out who to contact for paving or sealing anything. There is no doubt in my mind that this was the best company to contact and do that job I was hoping for. Exceeded all of my expectations!!!!

I initially met with Asia and as we discussed the scope of the job I became very confident that this was the right folks to handle it. I received a very detailed estimate breaking down all the options for tearing out and replacing our concrete driveway and walkway. Asia, John and their entire crew are all very professional and a pleasure to work with. They did an amazing job and I will spread the word to anyone that may need their services. Forest City helped out a friend of mine who was opening a new restaurant. They came in and re-paved a parking lot that looked like dinosaurs had played soccer on it. After they finished up, it was as good as new. Even after a harsh winter of up and down temperatures the parking lot has really held up!

Phenomenal repair job!!!! Will definitely use them for all future asphalt jobs!

These guys do amazing work and are very reasonably priced. I'd use them again.
