Great selection of inventory. Check out associates were exceptional. However, could not find assistance on the sales floor and we did look. We still made purchase without help.

The new registers for self help are wonderful for the busy adult, I have never had a bad experience at this Kohl’s, no one points me to the direction, they walk with me, plenty of parking always, neat dressing rooms and very clean restrooms.

Absolutely love it! Clean. Friendly staff. And has a variety that's hard to overstate. Love their Pokémon collection!

If you know what items you are looking for, and keep informed about sales, Kohl's can't be beat. I do not go clothes shopping often, but when I do, it is common for me to save $30 on a $100 purchase. Highly recommended!

Last night I was Shopping at the Van Dyke Store and I had not been in several months. At checkout I got a very nice gentleman by the name of Isaac. So kind and patient with us. It’s great to be treated like this.

Tampa North Kohl's is the best in the Tampa Bay area. Store was clean and organized. Staff there are very patient, understanding, helpful and knowledgeable store policies and sales events. "Carrie and Debbie", you're the best!

My wife and I visited the Kohl's store Lutz location for after holiday sales. The store was very clean and had a very good selection of merchandise available. We were able to find the clothing and electronics we needed. When we required assistance, staff members were readily available. It was an enjoyable shopping experience.

I was looking for maternity clothing and rubber rings because I’m growing out of my things and Jan was so kind and patient in helping me find everything I needed. Even giving me suggestions. You can tell she’s an employee who truly cares about customer experience. It was such a pleasant experience and one that stood out I just thought I’d come on here and tell her how much I appreciate her.

This Kohls is my favorite. Chelsey the manager was extremely helpful. I had a package get lost in transit, and although I had called it in, I never got credit for the items, but Chelsey fixed it all for me at the store. She just stopped what she was doing to take care of my needs. 😁
