My husband and I came to pick up a fire pit for our backyard. Very quickly we realized that it was not going to fit into our car. Mike Campbell, an employee who noticed we were struggling in the parking lot, ran up to our car and immediately made it his mission to solve our problem. He helped us get the fire pit out of the box and into our car. He even offered to throw the giant box away so we wouldn’t have to. Mike truly saved the day, we would’ve had to return the fire pit if it weren’t for him! Now our backyard is a relaxing oasis and it’s all thanks to Mike!

Our grass is dying. We went to Home Depot to get grass seeds.
That's where we met Marlene! She is so knowledgeable!!! I showed her a video of our grass and instantly she said we had a fungus. She told us the proper item to purchase, how to use it, and even took time out to give us other valuable information! She's one of those people who you rave about to your friends, because of her EXTRAORDINARY customer service. I had questions about my Bird of Paradise, and she quickly gave me a solution.
I'm so glad we met her!
Whenever I have any plant, yard, or general questions..I'm driving to Home DEPOT and looking for her. I hope she sees this review. She's a joy to be around!

Bought a very heavy duty shelving unit for the garage. It was certainly too heavy for me to get into my truck by myself. Fortunately, an employee saw me making the purchase in the self checkout line and offered to help me load it in the truck. I was very happy that he offered to help without me having to track someone down and ask for help.

Excellent selection and great displays with lots to chose from in the garden center!!!

Kenny at the prodesk was super helpful and really nice. I was short materials for a job and in a rush.. he had urgency but also felt like he was taking his time to get things right. It was appreciated

Went looking for a Clorox Tub and Tile Scrubber. The website showed 7 in stock. I went to the store and asked the first associate. She said "We don't have any of those" and basically walked away. The second associate who saw me looking was Kiara. She did absolutely EVERYTHING in her power to locate the item. After consulting with two more helpful gentlemen (I didn't get their names), we determined that the entire box of those brushes must be lost somewhere because no one could find them. I didn't get a brush, but I'm writing a 5 star review -- all of them for Kiara. She was INCREDIBLY helpful and pleasant. I hope she gets some sort of boost from a manager. She did a lot of hunting for nothing.

Hands down!!!! If you go to the garden center, ask for MARTY. Excellent customer care. Very friendly guy.He helped us from finding stuff we needed and loading them. 🙏. He made our transactions smooth and easy. We will be coming back on this Home Depot. Thank you, MARTY

I needed pieces to put my w water softener together. I went to the Home Depot on Bruce B Downs and in Zephyrhills. I had a guy in plumbing at both stores that took there time and made sure I had everything for my project. I wanna give a shot out to George, Cornell, and John.

Six months ago my wife and I decided to remodel our first DIY project, our second home. I have always been a fan of Home Depot, most of my garage is filled with Ridgid tools and Husky Tool boxes; my shop full of Milwaukee tools...so naturally, I shopped at Home Depot for my needs.

While purchasing kitchen appliances I had the pleasure and honor of bumping into Annie. A kitchen designer who has become a genuine friend over the past few months. Annie took the time to look over my kitchen design (my wife and I designed it ourselves) and spent hours with me reviewing our design and advising us on how to properly adjust said design.

When it came time to execute our design, Annie was a wonderful help advising us with kitchen upgrades, appliance choices, and was an overall godsend. When it came time to install our new appliances/vanities/sink...all purchased from your Bruce B Downs store (Tampa, FL) I needed some plumbing help. Enter Dave and Dave.

Your plumbing department has two gentlemen both by the name of Dave. One is a serious professional, the other a happy go lucky, jokingly silly professional. Without the assistance of Dave, Dave and Annie, this remodel would not be complete, it would still be going on. I came in at all hours of the night, almost every single night. We spent over $50,000 with Home depot during this remodel, and I can wholeheartedly say that we spent this amount of money with your store because of these three employees. Every night one of them was available to help me with my next questions. Every night they were there to advise me; show me tips and tricks to make this DIY project look like it was built by a professional.

I am writing this post because these three on your staff are selfless, priceless employees. They deserve everything you have to offer because of the help and care they offered a silly DIY'er who had nothing to offer them with the exception of daily headaches.

Thank you, Dave, Dave and Annie. You guys are seriously the reason this remodel is done <3

Oscar and Ken, thank you for your exceptional assistance and recommendation during my visit today at Home Depot. You helped me with my project and the wood cutting, and I must say, everything turned out perfectly.

What stood out to me the most was your willingness to take the time to explain the process to me. As someone not knowledgeable about specific wood cutting, I greatly appreciate your patience and guidance. You listened to my ideas and made sense of them, even though I admit they may have initially seemed confusing :-).

Again, I want to thank you both Oscar and Ken for your valuable assistance. Your dedication is commendable, and I encourage you to keep up the excellent work sirs.

This was a mommy daughter date for us and it was perfect. She really enjoyed making the birdhouse and is looking forward to next months build.

Linda needs to host garden section classes! I asked her a simple question and received great information to ensure I was making the best purchases. One little question turned into a gathering where others started asking questions and sharing their outdoor needs to obtain suggestions! As I continued on my shopping journey I observed her advising and assisting another customer with their mulch and gravel needs. Thanks Linda for being there right when I needed you, my husband normally does the Home Depot runs!

So don't forget to bring your dog the next time something breaks around the house. You'll probably need a hand finding something anyway.

I went in for materials to be used on a small painting project. Charvin, the associate in the paint department, was very helpful. She answered my questions without me even having to ask. I got in and out very quickly with exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much.

The employees are always helpful when I go here. This is a great place to go.

Had to make a few returns and was met with a pleasant gentleman, Jeff. He went out of his way to help me even though it was close to closing time.
Also worked with him in another occasion placing an order. He was extremely polite and patient.
There aren’t many young people who are well mannered and pleasant to work with. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
