This is called the ooze, however my partner has nicknamed it “ Mini Crippler.” By far the best RIG we’ve ever had. The hits are AMAZING!!!! Can’t wait to try out our double chi chi Chong RIG we got there as well. They’re the best!!!

Me and my fiancé has always came here for certain pieces and we always had a success! It clean and has a good selection!! The customer service is great! For me I would go see DJ he’s very respectful and helps you find something that suits you and that will be worth your while!! DJ is young and has excellent customer service so he’s has always helped me and my fiancé we just found our new piece since our old one broke sadly.

Had to come in for a new battery, & like the mythical unicorn he is; DJ was there in all his helpful staff glory!! With 50+ positive reviews mentioning this guy it's obvious you'll be in great hands with him behind the counter to assist! Very knowledgeable, & not to mention patient cause lord knows I took my time choosing from all the options.

DJ always has my back in there when I’m buying products. He’s really well informed, stays up on new product information and keeps you updated on what’s new and what’s well reviewed. He’s also extremely personable and it’s always a joy to have him there. I think absolutely everyone there is beyond friendly and knowledgeable, but he just knocks it out of the park each time.

Never any complaints! Last time there I bought a wax pen and DJ helped me out! He’s very informative and nice.

I have never had a poor experience at Planet of the Vapes. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, and they carry an astounding array of e-juices and e-cigs. If you ask them to bump up the nicotine content they’ll do that too. (Also, the billboard with the speed trap warning is one of the best business moves I’ve ever seen.)

Faith was so incredibly helpful in buying a device! I was debating between a few options, and she clearly explained each device to me, helping me make the best decision. Could not recommend her more!! Definitely will be back to buy more from her :)

Had a small mishap with a bowl piece on a beautiful recycler, DJ sorted me out politely and sent me on my way, great service, great glass, love the hospitality!

I was greeted immediately by Mike, he is a great guy that took time to help me work through what I really wanted and we started working on some gear purchases. Despite a huge amount of staff on site, learned it was shipment day, an adult sized manbaby arrived and starting loudly bleating his displeasure like a narcissistic angry goat for not waiting on him immediately. He was loud and disrespectful to staff I asked Mike to care for him immediately as the entire room was uncomfortable. I was there with someone, and I chose to tagalong with the gentlemen that was taking care of my friend. DJ introduced himself to me and we picked up where Mike had left off. 30 minutes and $700 later I had secured some things for my friend, exactly what i wanted, and left with the confidence to go home and completely change my dried flower experience for the first time in 5 years. As I wait for my new device to charge I wanted to leave more than just a great staff, good prices review. I have been OHMMJ field since the year of its inception. I manage a recommending physicians office and I can unequivocally recommend this place to anyone needing support in understanding devices. Most stores can handle most patients but it is a select few that have the knowledge and compassion to make patients safe and comfortable. I will be referring all of my older patients in this area. I am 100% confident that they will receive regarding care from the 2 gentleman that helped me today, because I have experienced it. Can't wait to meet some more staff after the experience I had today.

The staff here are always very helpful and nice. Most recently DJ and I were talking about the flavors in the sad boy line and he informed me of the new strawberry cheesecake flavor which sounded so amazing I just had to get it. So thank you DJ and the rest of the staff for being awesome!

Was helped with DJ today and came in they had new flavors of razz 9,000 my new go to vape and i wanted to get a new flavor of them but wasn’t sure n he suggested the orange raspberry because it tastes like orange tic taks and it really does, helped me with pricing out gravity bongs for my next big buy in the next upcoming weeks was a fantastic help

Every time I go into the store, I get amazing customer service. Leah and Brett are always willing to lend a helping hand and a welcoming attitude. I have never gone into this shop and not experience excellent service from the staff. Also, the story is very neat, clean and very organized.

Good enjoyed my visit with this shop 9.5 out of 10 they were all patient it was a highly recommended compared to any or most of the shops in Lorain . My transaction with DJ were fluent and he knows what he is doing lol thanks again for the help today

Noah was the person that helped me today. He was very knowledgeable of the products, gave me alot of good info. He also made some very good suggestion and I ended up spending more but I got that new Raw bag for vaction. Well worth it! Thank you Noah for ALL your help.

The customer service has never disappointed me ! One employee that has really stood out to me is, Noah. He always has the best attitude and ensures the best service! Alana was beautiful she’s very sweet and helpful, my mother has arthritis in her back and neck, but was out of her methadone so I took her here for CBD and there were a lot of options so the girl who helped us spent a quite a bit of time helping my 60 year old mom decide on what she would like the best and be the most effective. God bless this woman she defiantly earned my mothers continued business.

Good prices and people are very knowledgeable. Bought a couple of Mike Tysons and Novo Bar strawberry 🍓 🥝 kiwi. Taste great and you can adjust the air flow.

Tyler was very welcoming and knowledgable , I do not know very much about Thc or cbd and my friend was buying something for her husband but was clueless on anything am I only know just the basics and there are so many products and so much info he never made us feel stupid. Tyler was friendly complimented us on what we did know making us feel like they cared , great customer service the store is beautifully set up and the lighting was calming . Thank you Tyler we will be back amd we will spread the word . Give Tyler a paid day off or reward !!!

Went in for my weekly visit, and DJ approached me business as usual, then he told me about some amazing deals and information on the points system which was very helpful!! 10/10 will definitely be back!

Love this place, almost always got what I need and the staff is almost always so friendly and interactive. special shout out to DJ especially knowing his stuff and selling you what you need! Been coming here for years.
