O'Reilly Auto Parts

This was my first time buying at an O’Reilly Auto Part’s Store, and it MOST DEFINITELY will not be my last.
The help I got from this kind employee by the name of Tom, was amazing.
He walked the extra mile with me!

Jus started turning to Oreily for parts again. So far, this shop has the parts i need and the staff are eager to help.

They are always helpful, greet people walking in. Always have what I need or can have it delivered that day.

Had a great experience! The employees were extremely helpful and had a great attitude and plenty of knowledge.

Very few parts stores will tell you an item you're looking to buy it's not going to work for what I needed it and steer you to the right product even if they don't have it. It's called honesty and they just did that to me and I'm thankful for that; they save me from ruining a very expensive piece of equipment that I wasn't sure what I needed.

The guys here, are AwEsOmE!!!!!! They practically saved us!!!!! We were on a trip from New York State going to Indiana, had nothing but problems with the car dolly.... They were SO knowledgeable, friendly and did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!!! If I'm back in the area, I'm definitely stopping here again!!!!

In the middle of driving from Chicago to Boston for a funeral, I got some big hunk of metal stuck in my tire. Fortunately, I was able to get to O'Reilly, where Bob T was kind enough to plug the puncture for me. He really saved the day. Made it to Massachusetts without the tire giving me any other trouble!

I dropped my military ID and left the store. As soon as I left Miguel and his associate took swift and prompt action reached out to me. It’s nice to know there are still good people out there especially the younger generation (younger than me at least)

Bobbie took care of me. He was so nice and polite, and helpful. As black person in 2020 it’s been a tough year, out of my comfort zone in Amherst, he definitely made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to help me. We need more people like Bobbie.

Friendly and helpful staff. I wish people would just order online and pickup in store. It makes checking out a long wait when they have to answer phones and look up parts pricing just so you can call somewhere else and price match. Don't be one of them. All major parts suppliers post pricing online
