We brought our car in for a dent to our side door when a lawn mower propelled a rock into it. The team was really kind and did their best to fix it without having to repair the entire door. This company clearly has high standards they uphold, and we appreciated their efforts! Should we ever need work done again, or decide to replace our entire side door, we will absolutely return to them. Thank you JBS Collision!

If I could give JBS Collision ten stars instead of five, I absolutely would. This is an amazing repair facility where the customer is put first, always, and the work done is expert in every respect. We recently had a repair done to our 2023 Lexus that met or exceeded factory standards in assembly and paint work. JBS kept us informed regularly along the way as to how our repair was progressing, and were always available and accessible when we had questions.

JBS does not bend or bow to insurance companies, and will ALWAYS fight their cost-cutting pressure to do what is right for the customer.

Though JBS is Lexus-factory-certified, they can and do work on all marques and maintain pretty much the highest standards of paint and body work that I have ever seen. Danny and Angel and their team are an amazing group of folks who clearly love what they do, and love serving their customers.

When we first saw our repaired Lexus, the smile on my wife's face absolutely said it all.

Phenomenal customer service and attention to detail. Made me feel welcomed and at ease from day one despite my insurance company being unresponsive at times. I couldn't have chosen a better place to repair my Lexus after a deer decided he/she wanted to be a passenger in my car. Open, honest, patient, and descriptive in all facets of my repair. While hopefully I never have to come back for a repair, if I had to get my car repaired again, it would be a no-brainer to have JBS take care of it. Thank you!!!

Would give 10 stars if I could. Battled back and forth with an insurance company for 6 months to get repairs done after getting tboned. Allison, Molly, Baylie and every other person helped me TREMENDOUSLY, updating me often, getting me into a rental and fighting for me with insurance. Did amazing work restoring my precious mini back to brand new. So helpful and kind every step of the way!! Highly recommend to ANYONE who needs work done!!!

I’ve used JBS (Jeff’s) for years so when my van was hit recently there was no question where I would get it repaired. JBS repaired my van following Honda specs, not the insurance company’s. The staff is very attentive and friendly, and gave me regular updates during the repair process. I cannot say enough good things about Danny, Angel, Allyson, Baylie, and Molly! They returned my van just like new!

JBS has earned a customer for life. From start to finish their team was fantastic. I was extremely impressed by the communication and professionalism. My Lexus looks brand new after a bad rear-end collision. Highly recommend.

No one wants to have to use a body shop, but if you need one, this is the one to use! I have seldom had such service as JBS. They are so polite and keep you informed all the way through the process of having your car repaired and back to you in tip-top condition.

JBS did an excellent job on my vehicle. Not only did they return my car looking like new, they spent a considerable amount of time working with the insurance company to resolve issues. It was well worth the trip up from South County. I can certainly understand why they are recommended by the Lexus dealership.

This place is great from the awesome ladies out front to the excellent detailers and body repairmen in the shop.
Been there twice. Once to repair door dents and once to install pinstripes and sand out some scratches.
Both times the work was perfect.
The staff were friendly and professional.

Returned with my new Lexus for pinstripes. Danny did an awesome job. It was complicated as I wanted 2 colors; it came out great. The ladies in the front were very customer service oriented.

"After my car was in an accident caused by another driver, I took it to JBS Collision for repairs. The other driver's insurance company, USAA, came to JBS to assess the damage and deemed my car a total loss due to extensive damage. I was devastated.

JBS provided exceptional service with many updates on the status of our auto. The job was professionally completed and the car looks like it was never damaged. Highly recommend JBS and their staff.

I brought my 2021 Yukon in for some body work back in December. The whole process for repairs was amazing, from start to finish. They were organized and super helpful/ knowledgeable with the aspects involving insurance. The work done on my Denali was superior. They paid attention to every detail and made sure my vehicle was repaired and operating perfectly before returning it. I have to specifically give the ladies in the office a giant shout-out. Angel and Carly (and any others I may be missing) were the best communicators on the progress of my vehicle. They didn’t mind my husband calling and driving them crazy to check on the car ;) During one conversation I was even asked, “How was your weekend?” I mean come on, that is so nice!!!! :) They kept in touch the entire process and were just really cool! I also felt at home the two times a had to visit the office.
Hopefully it doesn’t happen soon, but my husband and I will surely use JBS next time we need work done on a vehicle! This place is a class act!

JBS Collision was recommended to us by the Annapolis Lexus dealership and did a great job of working with insurance (GEICO) and fixing the damage from a rear end on our Lexus SUV. GEICO wanted to use the cheapest bumper and Danny was able to show to them that that it wouldn’t fit and got them to pay for a Lexus approved part. JBS Collision also identified and fixed some additional damage that the insurance didn’t catch. In all due to the efforts of Danny and JBS Collision, GEICO ended up spending an extra $1,000 from what they initially authorised so that our car would be properly fixed. We received the car with the bumper fixed perfectly, the tires waxed and the car washed and it didn’t cost us a penny. Thank you Danny and JBS Collision for standing by us and successfully advocating on our behalf!

Last year a deer hit my Lexus and we used our insurance company’s preferred auto body shop. Unfortunately, the end result turned out to be disastrous. This year I scratched the same fender and was referred us to JBS. After repainting the fender using Lexus specs, they noticed the paint didn’t match the previous auto body shop’s work. JBS uncovered substandard, sloppy and potentially dangerous workmanship with some non OEM parts. With a lot of patience and determination Danny worked tirelessly with our insurance company to fix my Lexus the way it should have been done in the first place. Now my 2020 Lexus looks and runs like it’s brand new! We are so thankful for JBS stepping up and going out of their way to do the right thing.
