Dusty's Service Center

Very prompt service, our 5 yr. old Amana refrigerator was not cooling, the place where we bought the refrigerator was booked 2 weeks out, they contacted and scheduled an appointment with Dusty's we are thankful to Dusty's for coming to see and figure out fairly fast the trouble. The repair man actually steamed off the frost build up from the freezer coils cleaned up the mess of water got it working enough to get us through the weekend a week ago. Ordered a new Jazz Board the computer for our refrigerator came this morning to install. So nice, polite, clean, and not expensive. We defiantly whole heartedly recommend Dusty's for any large household appliance repair. We love to support our local shops.

This is the 2nd time I have used Dusty's for repair and I am very pleased. A couple of suggestions that I have for them, is the day my dryer was serviced. I had an appointment time for 9:00 and I got a missed call with a voice message, wanting to know if I still wanted them to come out. When I tried calling back the line was busy, and I had to keep trying until I got through. It was after 9:30 when the service guy got here. Normally that wouldn't be an issue, but I was supposed to pick someone up at 11:00, and I had to let them know I would be late. Perhaps Dusty's could call the day before to confirm the scheduled appointment for the following day? The other thing, is that the old part was left in a box on top of my dryer. I wasn't sure if he just forgot it, because most places will dispose of the old part. But other than that, I am very pleased with the service I got.
