Scenic Acres Mobile Home Community

does this park rent out the trailers or just sell them? sorry this isn't a review, but looking to move soon and this park is very close to my mom.

Haven't lived here very long yet but I will say it's by far the best decision I've made by moving here. The park is beyond well kept and unlike most parks you can tell the park manager Nicole actually does care about the park and her residence very much. Which sadly is such a rare find these days. I look forward to many more years working with Nicole and all of SG communities!!

Marissa and Nicole were so very good to myself and my family! We are so blessed to have met them! They did everything step by step with us and even got all the paperwork done so quick! Our first home and it’s beautiful and the area is so quiet and peaceful and our neighbors are very friendly! If you’re in the middle of looking for a mobile home this is definitely the place I would recommend!!

Marisa was AMAZING at helping me get into a new home. The application and approval process were quick and easy. She quickly responded to all of my questions and I absolutely can't thank her enough! She took my personal situation above and beyond just a business transaction and helped me in more ways than she knows. Can't wait to move into MY new home!!!!

I took a dear friend to look at the homes here & was not sure what to expect… I was blown away by the compassion & patience the manager Nicole had explaining the process & making sure we understood everything! She was so pleasant & helpful unlike other places we looked at. Thank you Nicole for being so sweet to Dawn & I!!! The homes were absolutely gorgeous & the playground was a great bonus ❤❤❤❤❤❤

One of the better mobile home parks in the area in my opinion. The office manager is one of the most compassionate and helpful people I have ever met in my life all while maintaining her sense of professional demeanor. Neighbors are all wonderful people. You get a real sense of a strong community. I'm gonna miss that place.

A nice trailer park. Clean and well maintained. I've lived there before, never had any major issues. However the maintenance crew are the biggest bunch of gossips I've ever encountered. I've never seen stories so fabricated and asinine. If they don't have a good story they will make one up. My suggestion is just mind your own business and don't talk to them. Other than that it's a pretty good place to live.

Very nice mobile home park. One of the cleanest and nicest moible home parks in louisville kentucky. The yards are well kept and not trashy. If you were to think of trailer trash(Not this moible home park). This moible home park is very nice. Clean. Well kept. No trash everywhere or any broken down cars and no cats running everywhere. Only down fall is the pot holes need fixing. That's it. Very nice and friendly people live there.

Nicole was amazing!! Very helpful. We absolutely love our new home.. Couldn't be happier!

I am impressed with the new ownership! SG Communities has friendly employees and a Facebook group for the residents. Scenic Acres will continue to see improvements!

If you pay your rent and don’t cause trouble you’ll love this place. Close to a Kroger and a Walmart. There’s even two Chinese places that deliver here.

Love living around here. The lots are clean & pick up. The people are great. I give it 5 stars.

The place seems nice and quiet. Clean community. The manager lady, Brittany, is so sweet and helpful.

Very clean quiet everyone takes care of there property not trashy lawns cut .manager is sweet as can be.

The neighbors are nice, good people. Safe, caring environment.

I was there to visit a friend and what i noticed was that it was a very quiet place and very clean.
