Extra Space Storage

We met with Pamela Lucas today, the on-site manger who helped reassign a storage unit. She was very helpful, professional and kind. She helped us get the transfer done quickly and with no problems. What a great manager and benefit she was to us. Highly appreciate her great service.

Went in to the office to change unit size. They looked up available units and switched me right away. Great service and always helpful.

Storage was neat and clean. Never had an issue during the stay. No issues getting in and out. Customer service was always straight forward, to the point, kind, and effective. Would definitely use again if I needed to. I only moved out because I no longer needed it.

When I got to the storage unit Pam was very helpful. She told me exactly where my unit was and I had no problem finding it. Pam went above and beyond what she needed. I am thrilled that I chose space storage

Reserving the storage was unbelievably easy and painless. When I arrived, Jordan was courteous, thorough and made the process extremely simple. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I just reserved my storage unit with Jordan at the Dixie Highway location. I have to say that Jordan has been amazing and really worked with me to get me into a storage unit that’s going to take care of all of my needs. The price for the unit was amazing and I feel much better knowing that I have a place to store some of my belongings. Hats off to Extra Space Storage for having a wonderful employee like Jordan, he definitely made my day!
