Fast and easy. Nice people. That's all I can really say. In drive-thru

If you don't mind the long lines in drive through, then you got it. My order is always right, hot and the employees are always very sweet and smiling. Never a problem.

Very friendly staff, food is always hot and the line moves quickly!

Stopped here to get a quick late night dinner. Love that the staff here were so diligent in making sure our orser was put together and included everything we asked for.

Fast service and a very clean store.

I ordered coffee and chicken nuggets for curbside pick up and it was quick and pleasant. The coffee was exactly how I asked for it, and the chicken nuggets were hot and fresh.

Service was pitiful and the food worse ! Dry like it was left out all day.
Fries cold half cooked.
And I heard from someone that use to work there that the ice cream machine that they claim is always broke is never broke they just tell people that because they don't want to clean it. 🤬

The gentleman in the drive thru was very nice, polite, and professional. The parking lot looked clean this morning. My sweet tea actually tastes as it's supposed to. Thank you

Have to give it to these employees. Busy Friday morning and they looked short on staff. May have been a ten minute wait but EVERYONE was doing something to get the orders out. My food was fresh and hot. No mix ups and very professional! GREAT JOB 👍

Hot fast service, clean facilities

Went inside to avoid the drive-thru line. Clean restaurant, quick service and the guy taking orders was so nice and personable. Great experience for a McDonald's.

I was blown away by my experience at this location. It was squeaky clean, we were greeted happily as we walked through the door, our food was out very quickly, was accurate, and we were thanked and wished a good day as we left. I refuse to go the the Dixie Shively location. The Cane Run McDonald's is top notch!

Ana the manager was nice and sweet. She replaced 2 Big Mac sandwhiches for combo meals and apologized when I revisited. This place is getting better. Good food

Drive thru again was super fast and employees were kind and was just too happy when a young man wished me happy Valentine's day , so kind and thoughtful

Im giving a "5" because the cashier was so friendly. I don't remember his name, but he's a Dallas Cowboys fan. He asked how I was doing today and he said, "have a great weekend ma'am." The line was long, but he made the wait worth it !!! Kuddo's sir !!!

Stopped and got early morning breakfast for me and my girlys before dropping them off at school,They had to have "Mickey D's"! Always good and fresh and fast service😉💞

This location used to be terrible, HOWEVER, they did AMAZING with my order this time! I ordered my food and they got it exactly the way I wanted it. Drive thru was fast and employees were super friendly. Honestly I was blown away!

Went through the drive thru and was through the line quite fast. Was a Saturday afternoon. Everyone was polite .

Some lady cut me in line. She ended up getting my order. They ended up having me pay for hers which was cheaper. Great customer service but stupid people in line.i even honked to let the lady know hey this isn't a smart idea xd.

Fast & clean service. Inside the restaurant looks very nice way better than before. One of the best McDonald's in the area, let's hope it stays that way..
