Fast and simple after ordering on the app.. only negative was for breakfast. i ordered a couple of mcgriddles and asked for syrup and was told i had to pay for it..i understand if i was just randomly asking for it but i just bought your breakfast and would like syrup on it without having to pay extra.. but in the end i got some with the "next time i have to charge you just so you know for future reference" type speech lol all in all not a bad location during breakfast and early lunch menu times.

This is one of the better locations in Louisville KY. They are always polite get your order right and doesn't take forever to get it done.

Food was cooked well and salted lightly so probably would've preferred a bit more salt. But we had a mobile order and it was ready and hot by the time we ate.

The ladies that work here on first shift are very sweet. The breakfast is always hot and fast...I love the box they put our breakfast platters in when you get more than one. I love McDonald's breakfast.

Went through the drive through, needed a chicken sandwich, didn't just want, needed, was hangry as a MF. They got me through quick and it was exactly what I needed.

Ok you know the joke about the ice cream machine at McDonald's well they quickly fix the shout out to the girl that made my frappe good looking out the girl with the pretty the young lady at the register was very pleasant as well and the young man at the drive-thru window was very gentlemanly everyone that I encountered there at McDonald's was very very pleasant expression thank you all so much it was so refreshing to see young people treating people with respect and with a smile on their face that work keep up the good work you guys

Came threw drive thru had 7 cars in front of me only waited about 8 mins. Good job you all are lighting fast. The food was fresh and delicious too. Polite workers with a thank you upon leaving.

I just wanna say that this McDonald's has came a long ways in customer service and being very friendly. Going the extra mile to help out the community. I was trying to feed some people who needed it and this lady named Roynisha went the extra mile! Between her, Alisha and the staff. They was all very friendly and willing to help. May God bless them with many blessings. Thank you so much for the help. I know nothing can be perfect at all times but this crew goes the extra mile. Love you guys n gals, I just wanna say, I'm Lovin it! I hope that whoever reads this rating understands how great this place really is. There is burger joints everywhere now days but not very many who treats the customer with respect. This store truly makes you feel like family. Thank you!

Friendly greeting when you enter, always wearing a mask which is mandatory for our safety and the safety of others since Corona had changed how we do things. Restaurant is always clean and food is hot and very tasty. I enjoy being there where I can react with people and practice social distancing at the same time.

The young man was really nice. We had to wait on our food but the manager and the other workers was super nice. We are from out of town and we went there a couple times just because they was so nice....

Its been a long time since my fish and fries were equally hot an tasty but made to order got me passing up them all to get back to this mickydees

I just want the give props to the younger African Americans gentlemen with long dreads. I had a issue with being shorted change at the drive through and help was friendly and helpful. Thank you man!

Fresh food, not sloppy, no long wait. The best managers we're there today. Wow!!! Not in my diet plan, but I may just go back to this location.

I dont like mc d's at all but my kids love it if the service wasn't bad i would love it but there desserts cookies ice cream especially but the cinnamelts are really good too the nuggets as well i give it five stars bc it depends on were you go plus my kids love it

They are so much better than they use to be a few years ago they had no workers they gave me a hamburger but it was only a hamburger bun🤣🤣🤣 I didn't go back for years now I go because it's in order now I forgot the guys name he has been there for years he has it together
